【摘要】：目的:本課題針對氣郁濕阻型功能性消化不良,通過觀察比較加味越鞠丸配合耳穴貼壓與西藥莫沙必利的臨床療效,為探索功能性消化不良的中醫(yī)綜合療法提供臨床經(jīng)驗與依據(jù)。方法:將符合納入標準的60例患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組各30例。試驗組給予加味越鞠丸方水煎300ml,分早晚餐前半小時各溫服150ml,日1劑,并每日按揉耳穴4-6次,每次2min,5天后換至對側(cè)耳穴。對照組給予莫沙必利5mg,三餐前15-30min口服。療程為1個月,1療程后觀察臨床療效。結(jié)果:試驗組總有效率達到93.33%,對照組總有效率為83.33%,兩組相比具有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),可以看出,中醫(yī)治療在臨床綜合療效上明顯優(yōu)于莫沙必利。治療前后,兩組患者癥狀總積分均有明顯降低(P0.01),且試驗組胃脘脹滿疼痛、惡心嘔吐、煩躁太息、神疲乏力、大便稀溏、口苦黏膩等癥狀的改善情況優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:加味越鞠丸配合耳穴貼壓治療氣郁濕阻型功能性消化不良,臨床癥狀改善明顯,總體療效顯著,且優(yōu)于對照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: in view of functional dyspepsia with qi stagnation and dampness obstruction, the clinical effect of Jiawei Yueju pills combined with auricular acupoint plaster and western medicine mosapride was observed and compared. To explore the functional dyspepsia of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy to provide clinical experience and basis. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). In the experimental group, 300ml decoction of modified Yueju pill was given, 150 ml / d was taken half an hour before meal, 1 dose per day, and changed to contralateral ear point after 2 mins and 5 days by rubbing auricular acupoints 4-6 times a day. The control group was treated with mosapride 5 mg and 15-30min three times before meal. The course of treatment was 1 month and the clinical effect was observed after one course of treatment. Results: the total effective rate was 93.33 in the experimental group and 83.33 in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P0.05). Before and after treatment, the total scores of symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased (P0.01), and the improvement of stomachache, nausea and vomiting, irritability, fatigue, loose stool and sticky mouth in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: the modified Yueju pill combined with auricular point plaster is superior to the control group in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with qi stagnation and dampness obstruction.
