【摘要】：目的:吾師王東教授從事內(nèi)分泌臨床及科研工作二十余載,運(yùn)用中醫(yī)藥治療單純性肥胖有其獨(dú)到的見(jiàn)解以及診療方法。本論文旨在總結(jié)吾師治療單純性肥胖的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),希望為中醫(yī)藥治療單純性肥胖提供一些新的啟示,以期在臨床應(yīng)用中為患者解除疾苦。方法:通過(guò)跟隨吾師王東教授學(xué)習(xí),查閱和研究大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和資料,從中醫(yī)的角度對(duì)單純性肥胖的病因病機(jī)及治療進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)其運(yùn)用中醫(yī)藥治療單純性肥胖的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)論:1.吾師認(rèn)為脾氣虛弱是單純性肥胖發(fā)生的根本病機(jī),本病為本虛標(biāo)實(shí)之證,脾虛為本,標(biāo)實(shí)主要為痰濕、血瘀。2.吾師認(rèn)為肥胖的發(fā)生是由飲食失節(jié)、勞逸失度或情志失調(diào)損傷脾胃,脾氣虛弱,痰瘀內(nèi)停所致。臨證時(shí)以溫膽湯加減形成自擬消脂減肥方,結(jié)合患者是否多食易饑進(jìn)行治療。肥而多食者以消脂減肥方合清胃散加減;肥而少食者以消脂減肥方合參苓白術(shù)散加減。
[Abstract]:Objective: professor Wang Dong has been engaged in endocrine clinical and scientific research for more than 20 years. The purpose of this paper is to sum up the clinical experience of our teacher in treating simple obesity, and hope to provide some new enlightenment for the treatment of simple obesity by traditional Chinese medicine, in order to relieve the suffering of patients in clinical application. Methods: by studying with Professor Wang Dong of our teacher, consulting and studying a large number of relevant documents and materials, the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of simple obesity were expounded from the angle of traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical experience of treating simple obesity with traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. Conclusion: 1. My teacher believes that temper weakness is the basic pathogenesis of simple obesity, this disease is the basic deficiency of the syndrome, spleen deficiency is this, standard solid mainly phlegm dampness, blood stasis. 2. My teacher believes that obesity is caused by food loss, fatigue loss or emotional disorders injury spleen and stomach, weak temper, phlegm and blood stasis. Wendan decoction to form self-made fat-reducing formula, combined with the treatment of whether more food easy to hunger. Fat and many eaters to reduce fat and weight loss formula to add or subtract; fat and less eaters to reduce fat and weight loss formula with Shenling Atractylodes powder plus or minus.
