【摘要】：特發(fā)性肺含鐵血黃素沉著癥(IPH)是臨床罕見但有潛在致命危害的疾病,西醫(yī)多采用糖皮質(zhì)激素治療。本病歸于中醫(yī)學(xué)"咯血""肺痹"范疇,治以補(bǔ)肺益腎、清肺化痰、活血止血之法。報道1例成人IPH,患者在兩年的治療中,始終選用三七以改善咯血反復(fù)發(fā)作的癥狀;以浙貝母、川貝母、陳皮等理氣化痰,祛除肺絡(luò)中余邪;佐金銀花、魚腥草等清絡(luò)中邪熱;以知柏地黃丸加用芡實(shí)、淫羊藿等調(diào)補(bǔ)腎中陰陽;以黃芪、黃精補(bǔ)益肺脾之氣,助金水相生。諸法相合,共奏益氣養(yǎng)陰、化痰止血之效。
[Abstract]:Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH) is a rare and potentially fatal disease. Western medicine is often treated with glucocorticoid. This disease belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine "hemoptysis", "lung arthralgia" category, treated with tonifying the lung and kidney, clearing the lung and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation to stop bleeding. A case of adult IPH, was treated with Panax notoginseng for two years to improve the symptoms of recurrent hemoptysis, to remove qi and phlegm with Fritillaria thunbergii, Fritillaria chuanbei, Chen Pei and so on, to remove the excess evil in the lung and collaterals, to assist honeysuckle, Houttuynia houttuyniae and so on to clear the collaterals and central evil heat. Zhibai Dihuang pills with Euryale, Epimedium, and so on to tonify the kidney yin and yang; Astragalus, Huangjing tonifying the lung and spleen qi, helping water and gold. The combination of various methods, a total of Qi-nourishing Yin, phlegm hemostatic effect.
