【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥療效評(píng)價(jià)的主要指標(biāo)有癥狀、證候、生物學(xué)指標(biāo)及生活質(zhì)量、生存期等�；诨颊呱钯|(zhì)量、生存期的療效評(píng)價(jià)研究,既符合中醫(yī)藥的診療特點(diǎn),研究結(jié)論又較易被國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)界認(rèn)可。在病證結(jié)合的模式下,在不干預(yù)中醫(yī)藥個(gè)體化診療的前提下,以患者的生活質(zhì)量、生存期等指標(biāo)作為中醫(yī)藥療效評(píng)價(jià)的主要指標(biāo),應(yīng)是構(gòu)建中醫(yī)藥療效評(píng)價(jià)體系的重要導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:Symptoms, syndromes, biological indicators, quality of life, survival time and so on are the main indexes in the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the quality of life and survival time of patients, the study not only accords with the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment, but also is easy to be recognized by the international medical community. Under the mode of combination of disease and syndrome, under the premise of not intervening in individualized diagnosis and treatment of TCM, the quality of life and life span of patients should be taken as the main indexes to evaluate the curative effect of TCM, which should be the important guide of constructing the evaluation system of curative effect of TCM.
