【摘要】：目的：對盧秉久教授臨床治療鼓脹病的經(jīng)驗進行研究,總結(jié)其學術(shù)思想、治療原則、論治方法及常用方藥,冀期為鼓脹的臨床治療做出一些啟迪。方法：跟師出診,認真隨師診療患者,及時記錄并整理盧老師2015年11月至2016年7月間治療鼓脹的門診病例216例,對其進行分析、歸納、總結(jié)。結(jié)果：將盧老師治療鼓脹的總則概括為三大方面：利水消脹：即利水滲濕,消脹除滿,屬急則治標之法。審證求因：即求因治本,屬治本之法。扶正固本：即善后調(diào)理,屬鞏固治本之法。八種治法：健脾利水法、行氣利水法、活血利水法、清熱利水法、調(diào)肺利水法、舒利三焦利水法、溫陽利水法、滋陰利水法,而貫穿各法之中的總治法是健脾利水法。結(jié)論：鼓脹病虛實錯雜,變證百出。在鼓脹病臨癥中,三大原則貫穿始終,各治法依據(jù)辨證,靈活交互運用,既有原則與法可循,又不拘泥于一則一法,每每收效頗佳。甚至于鼓脹重癥,尚有恢復之生機。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study Professor Lu Bingjiu's clinical experience in the treatment of tympanic distension, summarize his academic thoughts, therapeutic principles, treatment methods and common prescriptions, and make some enlightenment for clinical treatment of tympanic distension. Methods: 216 outpatients who had been treated with the teacher during the period from November 2015 to July 2016 were recorded and sorted out in time, and were analyzed, summarized and summarized. Results: the general principle of teacher Lu's treatment of tympanic distension was summarized into three aspects: the method of promoting water and eliminating swelling, that is, the method of promoting water infiltration, eliminating swelling and eliminating fullness, which belongs to the method of urgent and palliative treatment. Examining evidence to seek cause: namely seeking cause to cure the root cause, belong to the law of cure the root of the root. To strengthen and consolidate the root: that is, to heal the aftercare, is to consolidate the method of cure. Eight methods: invigorating spleen and promoting water, activating blood circulation and promoting water, clearing heat and promoting water, regulating lung and promoting water, Shuli Sanjiao, warming yang and promoting water, nourishing yin and promoting water, while the general method running through each method is the method of invigorating spleen and promoting water. Conclusion: the disease of tympanic distension is complicated by deficiency and substance, and the syndrome is varied. In the treatment of bulging disease, the three principles run through all the time, each treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, flexible interactive application, both principles and laws can be followed, but also not stick to one method, often with good results. Even bulging severe, there is still the vitality of recovery.
