【摘要】：目的:本研究評價針刺配合耳穴治療腎精虧虛型耳鳴的臨床療效。方法:將60例符合納入標準的患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,治療組予針刺配合耳穴治療,針刺每日一次,耳穴治療5天,隔2天更換1次;對照組予單純針刺治療,連續(xù)針刺5次,休息2天,7天為一療程,共治療4個療程。結果:1、兩組臨床療效比較,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。2、組內比較:兩組治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分耳鳴、腰膝酸軟、頭暈眼花、夜尿頻多、潮熱盜汗、畏寒肢冷,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;耳鳴嚴重程度評分、耳鳴致殘量表(THI)評分比較,P0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;左耳聽閾值比較,P0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;右耳聽閾值比較,治療組P0.01,對照組P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。3、組間比較:兩組治療后中醫(yī)證候積分耳鳴、腰膝酸軟、頭暈眼花、潮熱盜汗、畏寒肢冷,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;耳鳴嚴重程度等級、耳鳴致殘量表(THI)等級、左右耳聽力障礙程度比較,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:1、治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組。2、治療組在中醫(yī)證候方面更有效的改善耳鳴嚴重程度,其伴隨癥狀也有顯著改善,如腰膝酸軟、頭暈眼花等腎精虧虛癥狀。3、治療組更能改善耳鳴嚴重程度,降低耳鳴致殘程度,提高生存質量,改善耳鳴伴聽力障礙程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point on tinnitus due to deficiency of kidney essence. Methods: sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint, acupuncture once a day, auricular acupoint treatment for 5 days and replacement every 2 days, while the control group was treated with simple acupuncture. Acupuncture for 5 times, rest 2 days and 7 days as a course of treatment, a total of 4 courses of treatment. Results the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05, P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant between the two groups before and after treatment, such as tinnitus, weak waist and knee, dizziness, frequent urination at night, hot flashes and night sweating, and cold limbs (P0.05). The score of the severity of tinnitus, the score of tinnitus disability scale (Thi) was significantly different (P 0.01), the threshold of left ear (P 0.01) was higher than that of the other (P 0.01), and the threshold of right ear (P 0.01) was higher than that of right ear (P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant between the treatment group (P0.01) and the control group (P0.05). The differences between the two groups were as follows: after treatment, TCM syndrome integral tinnitus, waist and knee ache, dizziness, hot flashes and night sweats, cold limbs P0.05, the degree of tinnitus, and the severity of tinnitus were significantly higher than those in the control group. The tinnitus disability scale (Thi) was significantly higher than that of the left and right ears (P 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The treatment group is more effective in improving the severity of tinnitus in TCM syndromes, and its accompanying symptoms are also significantly improved, such as the weakness of waist and knee, The treatment group can improve the severity of tinnitus, reduce the degree of tinnitus disability, improve the quality of life and improve the degree of tinnitus with hearing impairment.
