【摘要】：目的:觀察溫針灸治療勃起功能障礙的療效。方法:76例勃起功能障礙患者辨證分為肝氣郁結(jié)型34例,腎精虧虛型42例。肝氣郁結(jié)型患者穴取肝俞、八毼、三陰交、關(guān)元;腎精虧虛型患者穴取腎俞、八毼、太溪、關(guān)元,均針刺得氣后采用長(zhǎng)約2.0 cm的清艾條行溫針灸,每穴2壯,每日治療1次,每次約40 min,10次為一療程,療程間休息2 d,治療3個(gè)療程后評(píng)定療效。結(jié)果:34例肝氣郁結(jié)型患者,治愈12例,顯效16例,無(wú)效6例,總有效率為82.4%;42例腎精虧虛型患者,治愈18例,顯效16例,無(wú)效8例,總有效率為81.0%。結(jié)論:溫針灸治療勃起功能障礙療效可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on erectile dysfunction. Methods 76 patients with erectile dysfunction were divided into liver qi stagnation syndrome (34 cases) and kidney essence deficiency type (42 cases). In patients with stagnation of liver-qi, the points of Ganshu, Bacheng, Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan were taken from the points of deficiency of kidney essence, and Shenshu, Bafu, Taixi and Guanyuan were collected from the points of deficiency of kidney essence, all of them were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion at a length of about 2.0 cm after acupuncture. Each acupoint was 2 strong and treated once a day. Each time about 40 mins 10 times as a course of treatment, the course of rest 2 days, after 3 courses of treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results among 34 cases of liver-qi stagnation type, 12 cases were cured, 16 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 82.4%. 18 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 81.0%. Conclusion: warming acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating erectile dysfunction.
