【摘要】：中醫(yī)的辨治胃陰由來已久,著名溫病學(xué)家葉天士在脾胃分治的理論指導(dǎo)下,首創(chuàng)了胃陰學(xué)說,它完善了脾胃學(xué)說,使后世醫(yī)家受益匪淺。本文重點(diǎn)探討了隨著社會(huì)環(huán)境的更迭,生活習(xí)慣的改變,胃陰不足之證的發(fā)病日漸增多,拓展到脾胃病的診治,其發(fā)病與肝關(guān)系最為密切。人們生活、工作壓力俱增,肝氣橫逆犯脾胃,致使脾胃功能受損。軍人作為一個(gè)特殊的群體,面臨更大的壓力,更易情志過極,肝病及胃。因此,對于脾胃病的辨治,當(dāng)以肝為樞紐,疏肝解郁,滋養(yǎng)胃陰。同時(shí)對其預(yù)防調(diào)攝也是很有必要和意義的。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the theory of dividing the spleen and stomach, Ye Tianshi, a famous febrile scientist, initiated the theory of stomach yin, which improved the theory of spleen and stomach. With the change of social environment and the change of living habits, the incidence of deficiency of stomach yin is increasing day by day, which extends to the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach disease, and the relationship between the disease and liver is most close. People live, work pressure increases, liver qi transverses the spleen and stomach, resulting in damage to the function of spleen and stomach. Military as a special group, facing greater pressure, more prone to emotional extremes, liver disease and stomach. Therefore, for the differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach disease, the liver should be the hub, soothe the liver and relieve depression and nourish the stomach yin. At the same time, it is also very necessary and meaningful to prevent photography.
