【摘要】：目的:對(duì)石柑子化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行研究。方法:利用正反相硅膠柱層析、Sephadex LH-20、微孔樹脂(MCI)柱層析及制備液相色譜等分離方法進(jìn)行分離純化,根據(jù)化合物的核磁和質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。結(jié)果:從石柑子氯仿部位分離得到13個(gè)化合物,分別鑒定為:金色酰胺醇乙酸酯(1)、(9E)-8,11,12-三羥基十八碳烯酸甲酯(2)、9(S),12(S),13(S)-trihydroxyoctadeca-10(E),15(Z)-dienoic acid(3)、毛冬青素A(4)、癸二酸(5)、E-4-hydroxyhex-2-enoic acid(6)、富馬酸單甲酯(7)、壬二酸(8)、N-反式香豆酰酪胺(9)、N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(10)、香草酸(11)、丁香酸(12)、對(duì)羥基苯甲醛(13)。結(jié)論:其中,化合物1~8均為首次從該植物中分離得到。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the chemical constituents of Citrus. Methods: the compounds were separated and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, microporous resin MCI column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.
