【摘要】：為評(píng)價(jià)《中醫(yī)婦科常見病診療指南》的臨床適用性和應(yīng)用性,采用調(diào)查問卷和前瞻性病例調(diào)查分析方法,在全國(guó)16家中醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究推廣基地(試點(diǎn))建設(shè)單位,對(duì)11個(gè)病種的《中醫(yī)婦科常見病診療指南》,開展適用性評(píng)價(jià)和應(yīng)用性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果顯示,361位臨床醫(yī)生接受《指南》的適用性調(diào)查,其中87.26%比較熟悉,25.21%使用過該《指南》,辨證論治相關(guān)內(nèi)容中,評(píng)價(jià)合理性較高的為組方用藥(91.69%)、辨證分類(86.98%),合理性較低的為調(diào)攝預(yù)防(44.6%),75.62%臨床醫(yī)生認(rèn)為《中醫(yī)婦科常見病診療指南》完全適用和基本適用。前瞻性觀察2 935份病例,對(duì)《指南》的應(yīng)用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),《指南》與臨床實(shí)際應(yīng)用一致性較高的為中醫(yī)疾病診斷、西醫(yī)疾病診斷,分別占98.30%,94.11%;較低的為調(diào)攝預(yù)防,占59.39%�！吨改稀返陌踩浴⒔�(jīng)濟(jì)性較好,分別為95.64%,94.75%。《指南》綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,總體療效與技術(shù)水平、《指南》滿意度、在臨床實(shí)踐中的適用性7~9分的分別為77.38%,74.00%,76.90%。該《指南》臨床符合度較好,可作為臨床治療中醫(yī)婦科常見病的規(guī)范性方案,但也存在部分內(nèi)容適用性較差、不符合臨床實(shí)際的情況,有待進(jìn)一步修訂。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the clinical applicability and application of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological common diseases of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the questionnaire and prospective case analysis methods were used to construct 16 Chinese medicine standard research and promotion bases (pilot units) in China. The applicability and application evaluation of 11 kinds of TCM gynecologic common diseases diagnosis and treatment guide were carried out. The results showed that 361 clinicians were investigated for the applicability of the guidelines, of which 87.26% were familiar with the guidelines and 25.21% had used them. The most rational medicine was 91.69, the differentiation of symptoms and signs was 86.98, and the lower rationality was 44.66.62% of the clinicians thought that the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine was completely applicable and basically applicable. In a prospective study of 2 935 cases, the application of the guidelines was evaluated. The diagnosis of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine accounted for 98.30 and 94.11, respectively. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the overall efficacy and technical level, the satisfaction of the guidelines were 77.38% and 74.00% and 76.90% respectively in clinical practice. The guideline has good clinical consistency and can be used as a standard scheme for the treatment of gynecological diseases in TCM. However, some of the contents are not suitable for clinical practice and need to be further revised.
