【摘要】：《會經(jīng)闡義》是一部從基礎(chǔ)理論到臨床各科內(nèi)容齊備的嶺南綜合性醫(yī)書,成書于乾隆二十五年(1760年),為清代嶺南醫(yī)家謝完卿著。該書仿《景岳全書》體例,首言陰陽經(jīng)臟,次述診要本草,再論傷寒雜病,末附古方八陣,共21卷40余萬字。本書論醫(yī)首重陰陽,認(rèn)為陰陽本同一氣,論經(jīng)脈臟腑尤重脾腎,對命門進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)論述,按八陣方略歸類詮釋臨證組方用藥原則。該書為嶺南醫(yī)家私淑景岳學(xué)說的代表著作之一,繼承了張景岳學(xué)術(shù)思想并有所發(fā)揮,對推動景岳學(xué)說在嶺南的傳播和發(fā)展起到重要的作用,但也隨之出現(xiàn)濫用溫補(bǔ)辛熱藥物的偏向,引起眾多嶺南醫(yī)家學(xué)術(shù)上的一時(shí)爭鳴。
[Abstract]:It is a comprehensive medical book of Lingnan from basic theory to clinical contents. It was written in 25 years of Qianlong (1760) and was written by Qing Dynasty's Lingnan physician Xie Qing. This book imitates "Jingyue Guanshu" style, the first word is Yin and Yang Meridian dirty, the second treatment wants this herb, again discusses the typhus fever miscellaneous disease, finally appends the ancient square eight array, altogether 21 volumes more than 400,000 words. In this book, the author thinks that Yin and Yang are the same Qi, and the meridians and viscera are especially heavy on spleen and kidney. The book is one of the representative works of the Lingnan Medical School, which inherits Zhang Jingyue's academic thought and gives play to it, which plays an important role in promoting the spread and development of Jingyue theory in Lingnan. However, there is also the tendency to abuse the drugs of warming and nourishing the heat, which has caused many scholars in Lingnan to argue for the time.
