【摘要】：《傷寒論》成書年代久遠,雖經(jīng)后世注家的釋義,仍有令人費解之處。故時至今日,對原文反復(fù)推敲、前后互參,仍是領(lǐng)悟其中奧旨的有效途徑。故就陽明病提綱證"胃家實"的含義及其所涵蓋的證候進行探討,通過文字與醫(yī)理雙重層面的分析,結(jié)合張仲景在陽明病篇的行文特點而得出結(jié)論,即"胃家實"是陽明腑實證病機特點的反映,是張仲景對陽明病關(guān)鍵證候的概括之言,其作為陽明病提綱起到了執(zhí)簡馭繁的綱領(lǐng)性作用。
[Abstract]:The Treatise of febrile Diseases is a long-standing book, which, though interpreted by later annotators, is still puzzling. To this day, it is still an effective way to comprehend the original text. Therefore, this paper discusses the meaning of the outline of Yangming disease syndrome "stomach home reality" and the syndrome it covers. Through the analysis of both writing and medical theory, combined with the characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing's writing in the article of Yangming disease, the author draws a conclusion. That is, "Weijiashi" is a reflection of the characteristics of Yangmingfu empirical pathogenesis, is Zhang Zhongjing's summary of the key syndromes of Yangming disease, as an outline of Yangming disease, it plays a programmatic role of simplicity and complexity.
