【摘要】：目的:探討總結(jié)譚毅教授益心通陽(yáng)除痹法治療冠心病學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),為臨床治療該病提供新的思路和方法。方法:通過(guò)查閱總結(jié)中醫(yī)古籍對(duì)胸痹心痛的病因病機(jī)及辨證論治等方面論述的內(nèi)容,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)學(xué)的研究,對(duì)譚毅教授益心通陽(yáng)除痹法治療胸痹心痛病的學(xué)術(shù)思想有一個(gè)基本了解,為研究譚毅教授的經(jīng)驗(yàn)打下理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)在臨床跟師學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中積極與導(dǎo)師探討交流,結(jié)合研究譚毅教授臨證醫(yī)案,概括總結(jié)譚毅教授診治胸痹心痛病的學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)論:總結(jié)了譚毅教授治療胸痹心痛病學(xué)術(shù)思想,譚毅教授認(rèn)為胸痹心痛病主要是由于中老年人,正氣虧虛,陰陽(yáng)氣血失調(diào),加上七情內(nèi)傷、飲食不節(jié)、寒冷刺激、勞逸失度等不良生活習(xí)慣等因素的影響,從而導(dǎo)致心陽(yáng)不足,胸陽(yáng)不振,實(shí)邪痹阻,使心脈血運(yùn)不暢痹阻而發(fā)病。胸痹心痛病是“本虛標(biāo)實(shí)”之證。其治療原則為益心氣,通心陽(yáng),除實(shí)痹,通心脈。并給出治療胸痹心痛病的加減基礎(chǔ)方,臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize Professor Tan Yi's academic thought and clinical experience in treating coronary heart disease with Yixin Tongyang and eliminate arthralgia, and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: by consulting and summarizing the contents of the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of chest obstruction and heartache in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, and combining with the study of modern philology,The author has a basic understanding of Professor Tan Yi's academic thought on treating chest arthralgia by Yixin Tongyang and removing arthralgia, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of Professor Tan Yi's experience.At the same time, in the course of clinical study, the author actively discussed and exchanged with his tutor, combined with the study of Professor Tan Yi's clinical case, summarized Professor Tan Yi's academic thought and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache pain.Conclusion: professor Tan Yi's academic thoughts on the treatment of chest arthralgia are summarized. Professor Tan Yi thinks that the disease is mainly caused by middle-aged and elderly people, deficiency of qi and deficiency of qi, imbalance of yin and yang qi and blood, and internal injury of seven emotions, improper diet and cold stimulation.The influence of factors such as laborific loss and other bad living habits leads to deficiency of heart yang, lack of chest yang, obstruction of real evil arthralgia, obstruction of circulation of heart vein and blood.Chest arthralgia and heartache disease is the syndrome of "original deficiency and standard reality".Its treatment principle for the benefit of the heart-qi, Tongxin Yang, in addition to arthralgia, Tongxinmai.The addition and subtractive basic prescription for the treatment of chest arthralgia and heart-ache is given, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
