【摘要】：歷代醫(yī)家對(duì)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(簡(jiǎn)稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)"行氣于府"之"府"的解釋約有4種,即膻中、玄府、六府及經(jīng)脈。諸家產(chǎn)生分歧的原因有二,一是個(gè)人對(duì)中醫(yī)學(xué)理解的不同,二是古漢語(yǔ)漢字的詞類活用及一詞多義對(duì)醫(yī)家造成的影響。筆者借助《說(shuō)文解字》等古代字學(xué)典籍,總結(jié)"府"字的本義為"府是一個(gè)儲(chǔ)存、流通有價(jià)值物質(zhì)的空間概念",進(jìn)而結(jié)合《內(nèi)經(jīng)》相關(guān)原文,全面理解各家觀點(diǎn),同時(shí)為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家深入學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)典內(nèi)容提供一種新思路。
[Abstract]:There are about 4 kinds of explanations of "Fu" of Huangdi's Internal Classic (abbreviated as "Internal Classic"), namely Tanzhong, Xuanfu, six provinces and meridians.There are two reasons for their differences, one is the individual's different understanding of TCM, the other is the active use of Chinese characters in ancient Chinese and the influence of polysemous words on physicians.With the help of ancient Chinese characters such as Shuowen Jie Zi, the author summarizes the original meaning of the word "fu" as "a space concept of storing and circulating valuable materials", and then, in combination with the relevant original texts of "the Inner Classic", fully understands the views of various countries.At the same time, it provides a new way for modern doctors to learn classical content.
