【摘要】：目的:建立壯藥竹節(jié)蓼的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:采用薄層色譜法(TLC)對(duì)藥材樣品進(jìn)行定性鑒別;采用高效液相色譜法對(duì)藥材樣品中槲皮苷進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定:色譜柱為Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18),流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80,V/V),流速為1.0mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為360 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μL;參照2015年版《中國(guó)藥典》測(cè)定藥材樣品水分、灰分和浸出物的含量。結(jié)果:竹節(jié)蓼藥材的TLC圖斑點(diǎn)清晰,分離度好。槲皮苷檢測(cè)質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍為0.023~0.46 mg/mL(r=0.999 1);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率為98.01%~103.05%(RSD=1.71%,n=6)。藥材樣品水分、總灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物和槲皮苷含量分別為6.39%~9.78%、2.82%~8.07%、0.02%~0.27%、14.14%~28.45%、0.09%~0.50%。結(jié)論:該研究所建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可用于壯藥竹節(jié)蓼的質(zhì)量控制。
