【摘要】：血管性認知障礙(VCI)是由各種血管因素引起的從輕度認知功能障礙到癡呆的一類綜合征。在進展至血管性癡呆之前,早期診斷、早期干預可以預防和延緩VCI的發(fā)展,甚至逆轉(zhuǎn)患者的認知功能損害。大量實驗及臨床研究證實中藥單藥、有效部位、復方制劑等具有改善血管性認知功能的作用。該文從VCI的概念、發(fā)病機制、細胞和分子機制、中醫(yī)藥治療的研究進展予以綜述。
[Abstract]:Vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) is a kind of syndrome from mild cognitive impairment to dementia caused by various vascular factors.Early diagnosis and early intervention can prevent and delay the development of VCI and even reverse cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia.A large number of experiments and clinical studies have proved that single drug, effective part and compound preparation can improve vascular cognitive function.This article reviews the concept, pathogenesis, cellular and molecular mechanisms of VCI, and advances in TCM therapy.
