【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)近5年針刺治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的療效性和安全性。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、PubMed、CBM、Science Direct On Site、Cochrane Library等在線數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)檢索針刺治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)。檢索時(shí)限從2011年1月至2016年1月。由2名研究者按照改良Jadad標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)每個(gè)納入試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和質(zhì)量評(píng)估,使用RevMan 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入17個(gè)研究,合計(jì)1333例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,針刺組或針刺加西藥組對(duì)照西藥組臨床癥狀改善,總體有效率OR=3.92,95%CI[2.83~5.43](P0.01),并且漏斗圖結(jié)果顯示基本對(duì)稱,meta分析示隨訪3個(gè)月復(fù)發(fā)率:OR=0.22,95%CI為[0.12~0.41](P0.01),提示針刺組隨訪3個(gè)月復(fù)發(fā)率小于西藥組。結(jié)論:針刺治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)西藥治療,可改善患者臨床癥狀和降低復(fù)發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome in recent 5 years. A randomized controlled trial of acupuncture in the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome was conducted from January 2011 to January 2016 by a randomized controlled trial based on the online database of CBM Direct on site Cochrane Library. The search time was measured by two researchers according to the modified Jadad standard for each patient. Conduct bias risk and quality assessments in trials, Results: a total of 1333 patients were included in 17 studies. The results of meta analysis showed that the clinical symptoms of acupuncture group or acupuncture plus western medicine group were improved. The overall effective rate was 3.92c95CI [2.83v 5.43] P 0.01, and the funnel chart showed that the recurrence rate of the patients with diarrhea was 0.22995 CI = 0.120.41, which indicated that the recurrence rate of the acupuncture group was lower than that of the western medicine group. Conclusion: the acupuncture treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is less effective than that of the western medicine group in 3 months. Conclusion: the results of funnel chart show that the recurrence rate of the patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome treated by acupuncture is lower than that of the western medicine group after 3 months follow up. Conclusion: the recurrence rate of the acupuncture group is lower than the western medicine group. The effect is better than that of conventional western medicine. It can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
