【摘要】：臨床中對虛里(也即胃之大絡(luò))的按診就是診察心尖的搏動(dòng)。此事實(shí)令人思考胃之大絡(luò)是否就是心臟?通過分析以《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》為源頭的文獻(xiàn)資料,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),從胃之大絡(luò)搏動(dòng)的位置、功能的重要性及其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)這3個(gè)方面比對心臟可知,胃之大絡(luò)即是指心臟。因?yàn)樾呐K具有大絡(luò)(臟腑之絡(luò))及胃土(可收舒的赤肉)的性質(zhì),又可輸布胃腑所出之氣血,所以《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》將心臟視為胃之大絡(luò)。分析結(jié)果進(jìn)一步說明:心臟的形質(zhì)為赤肉,為脾胃所主。所以治療心力衰竭的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是改善赤肉功能,也即應(yīng)從脾胃論治心力衰竭。
[Abstract]:Clinical diagnosis of vacuity (that is, the great collaterals of the stomach) is to examine the pulsation of the apex. This fact makes one wonder whether the great meridian of the stomach is the heart? By analyzing the literature of Huangdi Nei Jing as its source, the author found that the location of the great pulse of the stomach, the importance of its function and its internal structure were better than those of the heart. The great collaterals of the stomach refer to the heart, because the heart has the properties of the great collaterals (the collaterals of the viscera) and the earth of the stomach (the red flesh that can be remitted), and it can also transmit the qi and blood from the stomach's entrails. Therefore, Huangdi Nei Jing regards the heart as the great collateral of the stomach. The analysis results further show that the shape of the heart is red meat, which is dominated by the spleen and stomach. Therefore, the key point of treating heart failure is to improve the red meat function, that is, to treat heart failure from the spleen and stomach.
