【摘要】：目的研究電導(dǎo)法穴位測評技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用穩(wěn)定性。方法經(jīng)過樣本含量估算,通過重復(fù)測量一致性試驗(yàn)、不同操作者一致性試驗(yàn)、臨床診斷的一致性試驗(yàn)對電導(dǎo)法穴位測評技術(shù)的臨床應(yīng)用穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果 30名志愿者,前后時點(diǎn)所有穴位的穴位測量值差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。10名既往沒有操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的操作者經(jīng)過理論與實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)后,各個穴位不同操作者之間測量的組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.49~0.87,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。11個分中心220例健康調(diào)養(yǎng)就診患者,儀器判斷的虛實(shí)類型與醫(yī)生判斷的Kappa值為0.597(P0.05)。儀器判斷的臟腑定位與醫(yī)生判斷的Kappa值為0.564(P0.05)。結(jié)論電導(dǎo)法穴位測評具有較好的重復(fù)測量穩(wěn)定性和較好的不同操作者之間的穩(wěn)定性,在人體健康狀態(tài)虛證、實(shí)證的分類和失衡臟腑的定位上與臨床醫(yī)生具有中等一致性,在治未病領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用電導(dǎo)法穴位測量,具有較好的客觀性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the stability of clinical application of acupoint assessment by conductance method. The consistency test of clinical diagnosis was used to study the stability of clinical application of electrical conductance acupoint evaluation technique. Results 30 volunteers, There was no statistical difference between the measured values of all acupoints at the time points before and after the operation. 10 operators with no previous operational experience were trained in theory and practice. The correlation coefficient of each acupoint and different operator was 0.490.87, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were 220 health care patients in 11 sub-centers. The types of virtual and real of the instrument and the Kappa value of the doctor's judgment were 0.597g / P0.050.The Kappa value of the viscera location determined by the instrument and the doctor's judgment was 0.564P0.050.Conclusion the acupoint assessment by conductance method has better stability of repeated measurement and better stability among different operators. In human health deficiency syndrome, the classification of empirical evidence and the positioning of the unbalanced viscera have middle consistency with the clinicians, and the application of electrical conductance method to acupoint measurement in the field of treatment of pre-disease has good objectivity and scientific nature.
