【摘要】：本論文是在導(dǎo)師柏樹綱教授的悉心指導(dǎo)下,對柏樹綱教授辨治功能性消化不良的臨證經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究、整理、總結(jié),以中醫(yī)整體辨證思想為指導(dǎo),針對功能性消化不良的理、法、方、藥進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探討。導(dǎo)師柏樹綱教授師承名醫(yī)周學(xué)文教授,并在國醫(yī)大師李玉奇教授的“以癰論治”思想及周學(xué)文教授“熱毒”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,形成自己獨特的理論和臨證模式應(yīng)以“整體觀念”為指導(dǎo)思想來診脈斷病。第一部分:正文,正文包括前言部分和經(jīng)驗論述部分,論文前言部分,簡單介紹了功能性消化不良的定義、臨床表現(xiàn)以及診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對柏樹綱教授在治療功能性消化不良的過程中,積累的豐富臨床經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié)其學(xué)術(shù)思想及治療特點。經(jīng)驗論述部分詳細(xì)地闡述了柏樹綱教授治療功能性消化不良的臨證的經(jīng)驗,依次在病因病機(jī)、辨證要領(lǐng)、治則治法、辨證論治以及常用藥物方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。病因病機(jī)方面指出氣機(jī)升降失司乃本病病機(jī)關(guān)鍵。辨證要領(lǐng)主要從整體辯證進(jìn)行論述。治則治法方面提出本病應(yīng)以健脾疏肝,標(biāo)本兼治為基本治療大法,且應(yīng)貫穿病程始終。辨證論治方面提出使用經(jīng)典方劑,并列出分型加減法。其中分條縷析的列出功能性消化不良的常見癥狀的病機(jī)、基本治法及用藥用方的經(jīng)驗。柏樹綱教授認(rèn)為在治療本病時,應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)識到辨證錯雜的普遍性,以及病機(jī)特點的復(fù)合型,綜合分析,整體全面的論治疾病,且柏樹綱教授治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),尤其重視中醫(yī)的傳承和中醫(yī)學(xué)和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)相結(jié)合的手段來治療疾病,在學(xué)習(xí)上著重強(qiáng)調(diào)熟讀經(jīng)典與實踐相結(jié)合的重要性,在夯實積累的基礎(chǔ)上,繼承發(fā)展創(chuàng)新祖國醫(yī)學(xué)。第二部分:附錄,主要為文獻(xiàn)綜述,分為兩節(jié)。第一節(jié)主要講的是“中醫(yī)學(xué)對功能性消化不良的認(rèn)識”,從中醫(yī)病名、病因病機(jī)以及辨證分型論治等方面進(jìn)行了探討。第二節(jié)講的是“現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對功能性消化不良的認(rèn)識”,從功能性消化不良的病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、診斷以及治療等方面進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of Professor Cypress, this paper systematically studies, collates and summarizes the clinical experience of treating functional dyspepsia, guided by the whole dialectical thought of traditional Chinese medicine. A further discussion was made on the theory, method, prescription and medicine of functional dyspepsia. And on the basis of Professor Li Yuqi's thought of "treating with carbuncle" and Professor Zhou Xuewen's theory of "heat poison", The formation of its own unique theory and clinical pattern should be guided by the "holistic concept". Part one: the text, the text includes the foreword part and the experience discussion part, the preface part of the thesis, This paper briefly introduces the definition, clinical manifestation and diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia. Summing up its academic thought and the characteristics of treatment, the experience expound in detail the clinical experience of Professor Phellodendron in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, in the order of etiology, pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and main points, treatment methods. In the aspect of etiology, pathogenesis and pathogenesis, it is pointed out that the key to the pathogenesis of this disease is the loss of Qi. The main points of syndrome differentiation are discussed from the whole dialectical aspect. In the treatment of the disease, it is suggested that the spleen should be strengthened and the liver should be dissipated. Treating both symptoms and symptoms is the basic method of treatment, and should run through the course of the disease all the time. In the aspect of differentiation of symptoms and signs, we put forward the use of classical prescriptions, and list the types of addition and subtraction, in which the pathogenesis of the common symptoms of functional dyspepsia is listed in detail. Experience in basic treatment methods and prescriptions. Professor Cypress Shugang believes that in treating this disease, we should recognize the universality of the syndrome differentiation and the complex characteristics of the pathogenesis, comprehensively analyze and treat the disease as a whole. Professor Phellodendron is strict in his academic studies, and attaches particular importance to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to treat diseases. In his study, he emphasizes the importance of combining reading classics with practice, and on the basis of ramming up the accumulation, Part two: appendix, mainly for literature review, divided into two sections. The first section mainly deals with "the understanding of functional dyspepsia in traditional Chinese medicine". The second section is about the understanding of functional dyspepsia in modern medicine, which discusses the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia.
