【摘要】：目的比較在老年男性腎虛證群體中,骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者和對(duì)應(yīng)骨質(zhì)正常者的VDR、AR、CYP19以及EN1基因的基因型差異。方法從我院回顧性的納入100名老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥腎虛證患者,100名年齡對(duì)應(yīng)的骨質(zhì)正常腎虛證患者。采用邏輯回歸的方法比較基因型的差異。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)VDR、AR及CYP19的基因型在骨質(zhì)疏松癥腎虛證患者和骨質(zhì)正常人群中存在顯著的分布差異。結(jié)論此實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證實(shí)了老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥腎虛證患者和骨質(zhì)正常腎虛證患者中基因型存在顯著的分布差異,證實(shí)了維生素D、性激素以及EN-1等可影響早起生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的基因在骨質(zhì)疏松癥發(fā)病中的作用,并且將研究人群限制在男性腎虛癥患者,通過(guò)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的角度解釋了骨質(zhì)疏松癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制,對(duì)今后在發(fā)病原因及治療的研究提供了新的角度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the prevalence of kidney deficiency in elderly men. The genotypes of CYP19 and EN1 gene in osteoporosis patients and those corresponding to normal bone were compared. Methods 100 aged male patients with kidney deficiency syndrome of osteoporosis and 100 age-matched patients with normal kidney deficiency syndrome were retrospectively included in our hospital. The results showed that VDR AR and CYP19 genotypes were significantly different in osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and bone normal population. Conclusion the results of this study confirm that VDR AR and CYP19 genotypes are significantly different between the patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and those with normal bone. There were significant differences in the distribution of genotypes between the aged male patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and those with normal kidney deficiency syndrome. It has confirmed the role of vitamin D, sex hormone and EN-1 in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, and limited the study population to male kidney deficiency patients. The pathogenesis of osteoporosis was explained from the angle of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which provided a new perspective for the study of the etiology and treatment of osteoporosis in the future.
