【摘要】：小兒腦癱康復(fù)是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期、循序漸進(jìn)的治療過程,伴隨患兒整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育期,所以康復(fù)中要對(duì)患兒"病理狀態(tài)的調(diào)節(jié)和生理機(jī)能的增強(qiáng)"同等重視,對(duì)患兒脊背部經(jīng)穴長(zhǎng)期良性刺激符合這一理念。文章通過梳理中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)理論中關(guān)于督脈、膀胱經(jīng)背俞穴及夾脊穴的有關(guān)論述,結(jié)合其在腦癱康復(fù)中的應(yīng)用情況,探討核心穩(wěn)定性與小兒運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育的關(guān)系,及脊背部經(jīng)穴在改善腦癱患兒核心穩(wěn)定性功能發(fā)育方面的重要作用,從中西醫(yī)兩方面對(duì)其治療機(jī)理和有益結(jié)合加以分析,指出在小兒腦癱康復(fù)中應(yīng)加以重視。
[Abstract]:The rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children is a long-term, gradual treatment process, accompanied by the whole growth and development period of children, so we should pay equal attention to the regulation of pathological state and the enhancement of physiological function in the rehabilitation of children. The long-term benign stimulation of the children's dorsal meridian points accords with this idea. By combing the relevant exposition of du pulse, bladder meridian and Jiaji points in the theory of meridian of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with their application in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy, To explore the relationship between core stability and motor development in children, and the important role of dorsal ridge meridian in improving the development of core stability in children with cerebral palsy, the therapeutic mechanism and beneficial combination were analyzed from the aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine. It is pointed out that attention should be paid to the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
