【摘要】：目的:觀察穴位埋線配合耳穴壓豆治療肝郁氣滯型單純性肥胖癥的臨床療效,并觀察與單純穴位埋線間是否存在差異。方法:選取符合納入標準的60例患者,按數(shù)字隨機法分為觀察組、對照組,各30例。通過組內(nèi)比較和組間比較,觀察兩個療程后兩組觀察指標的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.組內(nèi)比較:兩組患者治療后體重、體重指數(shù)、肌肉率、身體脂肪率、腰圍、臀圍、癥狀積分與治療前相比,改善明顯,有非常顯著性差異(P㩳0.01);胸圍治療前后無顯著性差異(P㧐0.05)。2.組間比較:兩組間在體重、體重指數(shù)、肌肉率、身體脂肪率、三圍方面分別于治療前、治療后進行對比,均無顯著性差異(P㧐0.05)。治療后,觀察組臨床癥狀積分明顯低于對照組,有顯著性差異(p㩳0.05),觀察組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:兩種治療方法對肝郁氣滯型單純性肥胖癥均有較好療效,配合耳穴壓豆在改善臨床癥狀方面優(yōu)于單純穴位埋線。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding at acupoint combined with acupoint pressing on simple obesity with stagnation of liver and qi, and to observe whether there is a difference between catgut embedding at acupoint and simple acupoint. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 30), control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The changes of observation indexes after two courses of treatment were observed. Results: comparison: body weight, body mass index (BMI), body mass index (BMI) after treatment were compared between two groups. Muscle rate, body fat rate, waist circumference, hip circumference, symptom score were significantly improved compared with before treatment. There was no significant difference in chest circumference before and after treatment. Comparison between two groups: there was no significant difference between the two groups in body weight, body mass index, muscle rate, body fat rate and tri-circumference before and after treatment. After treatment, the clinical symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the two treatment methods have better effect on simple obesity with stagnation of liver and qi, and the combination of auricular acupoint pressing bean is superior to simple catgut embedding in improving clinical symptoms.
