【摘要】：目的:本課題研究的宗指是臨床觀察龍膽瀉肝湯加減治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥慢性盆腔痛濕熱蘊結(jié)型的臨床療效,以便于更深層次的了解該疾病,同時找到更佳的治療方案。方法:本研究通過對門診采集的72例盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥慢性盆腔痛(濕熱蘊結(jié)型)患者,采取半隨機,單盲,平行對照的研究方法,按照病例觀察的先后順序進行分組,單號為治療組,雙號為對照組,對龍膽瀉肝湯加減治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥慢性盆腔痛患者進行系統(tǒng)全面的臨床觀察。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率是77.8%,對照組總有效率是69.4%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析龍膽瀉肝湯加減治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥慢性盆腔痛濕熱蘊結(jié)型的臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)學(xué)方法治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥安全可靠,經(jīng)臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),龍膽瀉肝湯加減治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥慢性盆腔痛濕熱蘊結(jié)型的療效(P0.05),值得臨床進一步推廣及得到廣大患者同胞的認可。
[Abstract]:Objective: This study refers to the case is clinical effects of Longdanxiegan Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat accumulation type chronic pelvic pain, in order to facilitate a deeper understanding of the disease, and to find better treatments. Methods: This study of 72 cases of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and chronic pelvic pain clinic the acquisition (wet hot type) patients, take half randomized, single blind, parallel controlled study method, according to the case of the order of observation group, no treatment group, even as control group, the clinical observation of Longdanxiegan Decoction comprehensive treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with chronic pelvic pain. The total effective rate of treatment group was 77.8%, control group total effective rate was 69.4%, by statistical analysis of Longdanxiegan Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of chronic pelvic pain syndrome type of damp heat The clinical curative effect is better than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine method of treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is safe and reliable, through clinical observation, the curative effect of Longdanxiegan Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat accumulation type of chronic pelvic pain (P0.05), it is worthy of clinical further promotion and the majority of patients receive compatriots recognition.
