【摘要】：王云銘教授是首批全國名老中醫(yī)之一,從事中醫(yī)學教育和臨床工作六十余年,對婦科疾病尤其是月經(jīng)病的診療積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗。本文從理論探究與臨床文獻整理分析入手,通過搜集和整理王云銘教授的學術(shù)論著、醫(yī)案醫(yī)話、診療病歷,結(jié)合論述王云銘教授婦科學術(shù)思想的相關(guān)研究論文,并結(jié)合中醫(yī)婦科學術(shù)思想發(fā)展的學術(shù)脈絡與歷代婦科著作,尤其是歷代醫(yī)家關(guān)于婦科月經(jīng)病的診療方式、用藥方法和理論特點,系統(tǒng)整理、歸納、分析王云銘先生對婦科疾病的獨特認知,力求系統(tǒng)挖掘與總結(jié)王云銘教授辨治婦科疾病的學術(shù)思想與月經(jīng)病臨證經(jīng)驗,探求王老婦科病學術(shù)思想的理論特點及用藥規(guī)律,從而提升其婦科理論的臨床應用價值。論文第一部分是對王云銘教授的生平與治學的簡要介紹,通過對其醫(yī)學啟蒙、系統(tǒng)學習、行醫(yī)過程、醫(yī)學教育、治學態(tài)度、醫(yī)德醫(yī)風等方面的簡要回顧,揭示其學術(shù)思想與臨證經(jīng)驗形成的重要背景與關(guān)鍵因素。論文第二部分從系統(tǒng)分析王云銘教授辨治婦科疾病的學術(shù)思想入手,闡述其所提出的“人以腎精為本,四時皆耗腎精;婦科疾病多以腎精虧虛為本,以氣血不和為表現(xiàn)”的學術(shù)理論,探究其學術(shù)思想的理論繼承性與創(chuàng)新性。運用方藥數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù),以崩漏、閉經(jīng)兩病為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)其辨治用藥規(guī)律,印證其立論基礎(chǔ),闡發(fā)其辨治中醫(yī)婦科疾病的實用性與價值。論文第三部分著重介紹王云銘教授治療月經(jīng)病的臨證經(jīng)驗,通過驗案舉例,對王云銘教授診治崩漏、閉經(jīng)的診療模式進行剖析,力圖客觀復原王老的診療思路與思維模式,為深入理解王老婦科學術(shù)思想,領(lǐng)會其用藥規(guī)律提供更為直觀的學術(shù)資料。
[Abstract]:Professor Wang Yunming is one of the first batch of the old Chinese medicine, education and clinical work for more than sixty years in Chinese medicine, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases especially menstrual disease has accumulated rich clinical experience. This paper from the theoretical research and clinical literature analysis, through the collection and collation of Professor Wang Yunming's academic works, medical cases, medical records. With the relevant research papers on Wang Yunming gynecology professor's academic thought, and combined with TCM gynecology development of academic thought in the academic history and history of gynecological works, especially the ancient physicians on diagnosis and treatment of menstrual disorders, treatment methods and theoretical characteristics, system arrangement, induction, analysis of Mr. Wang Yunming's unique understanding of gynecological diseases, and to the mining system summary of Professor Wang Yunming in treating gynecological disease and menstrual disease clinical experience, explore the old king of gynecological disease academic thought theory The characteristics and drug law, so as to enhance the theory of gynecological clinical value. The first part is a brief introduction of Professor Wang Yunming's academic life and, through the medical enlightenment, learning system, medical practice, medical education, scholarship, the medical ethics etc. are briefly reviewed, and reveals the academic thought and clinical experience the formation of the important background and key factors. The second part analysis of Professor Wang Yunming in treating gynecological disease from the viewpoint of system, the paper proposed the "people with kidney essence is the four when all consumption of kidney essence; gynecological disease with kidney essence deficiency, with blood for academic performance" the theory, to explore the academic theory of inheritance and innovation. The use of prescription data analysis techniques to uterine bleeding, amenorrhea in two disease as the foundation, summarizes its Bianzhengshizhi rule, confirms the theoretical foundation, analysis of the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine The practicability and value of gynecological diseases. The third part introduces professor Wang Yunming's clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual disorders, the case for example, the analysis of Professor Wang Yunming on the treatment of uterine bleeding, amenorrhea treatment model, clinic thinking and thinking mode to the objective of restoring Wang Lao, Wang Lao for the thorough understanding of gynecological academic thoughts, understand its use the rule provides more intuitive academic information.
