肝豆靈片治療肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃蕴叼龌ソY(jié)證的療效觀察

【摘要】：目的:觀察肝豆靈片治療肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃蕴叼龌ソY(jié)證的療效,并探討其作用機(jī)制。方法:將76例肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃蕴叼龌ソY(jié)證患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各38例,兩組均給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療[二巰基丙磺酸鈉(DMPS)和葡萄糖酸鋅片],觀察組加用肝豆靈片,治療6個(gè)療程后觀察兩者臨床療效。觀察治療前后兩組中醫(yī)證候積分,改良Goldstein分級(jí),24 h尿銅(urine copper,u-Cu),游離銅(non-ceruloplasmin plasma copper,nCP-Cu)水平、肝功能和血常規(guī)等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率對(duì)照組為60.53%,觀察組為81.58%,觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。臨床療效總有效率對(duì)照組為73.68%,觀察組為84.21%,觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。與治療前比較,治療后兩組患者n CP-Cu水平明顯降低(P0.05),u-Cu水平顯著升高(P0.01);治療后兩組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。與治療前比較,兩組患者血清總膽紅素(total bilirubin,TBIL),天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(alanine amino-transferase,ALT)水平顯著降低(P0.01);治療后與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組TBIL,AST和ALT水平明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:肝豆靈片能顯著改善肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃蕴叼龌ソY(jié)證患者中醫(yī)證候,提高臨床療效,同時(shí)改善肝功能,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and mechanism of Ganduoling tablet in treating phlegm and blood stasis syndromes of hepatolenticular degeneration. Methods: 76 cases of liver lenticular degeneration with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each 38 cases, both groups were given western basic treatment. [Sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate (DMPS) and zinc gluconate tablets were used in the observation group. After 6 courses of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The improved Goldstein grading was used for 24 h urinary copper urine copperine u-Cu. The level of free copper (non-ceruloplasmin plasma coppern CP-Cu). Results: the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 60.53 in the control group and 81.58% in the observation group. The total effective rate was 73.68 in the control group, 84.21 in the observation group, and better in the observation group than in the control group. After treatment, the level of n CP-Cu in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05) and the level of u-Cu was increased significantly (P 0.01). Conclusion: Gandouling tablets can significantly improve the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndromes in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration and phlegm stasis. Improve clinical efficacy and improve liver function, and high safety.
