摘要：

目的：觀察補(bǔ)腎疏肝法治療雄性激素水平正常男性更年期綜合征(PADAM)的臨床療效。方法96例雄激素水平正常男性更年期綜合征患者按就診順序隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組各48例，觀察組用補(bǔ)腎疏肝法治療，服用六味地黃湯合逍遙湯加減內(nèi)服，每日1劑；對照組服用舍曲林50 mg/次，2次/日，谷維素20 mg/次，3次/日，2組均以3月為1療程。觀察治療前后PADAM評分及性激素結(jié)合蛋白（SHBG）變化情況。結(jié)果觀察組在PADAM各癥狀評分變化上優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）；與治療前比較，觀察組血清T水平升高、性激素結(jié)合蛋白水平降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論補(bǔ)腎疏肝法可能通過增加血清中非SHBG結(jié)合睪酮水平發(fā)揮治療作用，緩解臨床癥狀，，有效治療男性更年期綜合征。

Abstract： 

Objective To observation the clinical efficacy of Bush en Shugan method on the treatment of the male climacteric syndrome (PADAM) in normal androgen levels. Methods 96 patients with the male climacteric syndrome in normal androgen levels were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 48 cases was treated by Bushen Shugan method with Liuwei Dihuang decoction and Xiaoyao decoction, and one dose each day. The control group of 48 cases took orally oryzanol with 50 mg twice a day and sertraline with 20 mg three times a day. The course of treatment was 3 months. The PADAM score and sex hormone binding globulin ( SHBG) were tested and analyzed before and after treatment. Results Changes of each symptom of PADAM score of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P<0.05) . After treatment, the serum T level elevated and the SHBG levels declined, there was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion The Bushen Shugan method took effect by increasing the level of non‐SHBG binding testosterone in serum, alleviated clinical symptoms and was effective in treating male climacteric syndrome in normal androgen levels.
