【摘要】：核心素養(yǎng)自提出以來(lái)就受到廣泛的關(guān)注,其深刻的社會(huì)背景是我們所處的社會(huì)開始由工業(yè)時(shí)代向經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的轉(zhuǎn)變,科學(xué)技術(shù)變革帶來(lái)信息化、全球化的高速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、多元文化、環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、職業(yè)需求以及關(guān)注人的身心發(fā)展等多重因素引發(fā)人們對(duì)教育目標(biāo)的反思。本研究聚焦的是澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)對(duì)澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行深度的剖析研究,分析澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制過(guò)程和方法、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本框架、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編排方式、核心素養(yǎng)與學(xué)科的關(guān)系、核心素養(yǎng)在英語(yǔ)、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)、歷史等課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的體現(xiàn),新課標(biāo)的價(jià)值和特點(diǎn)等,為我國(guó)基于核心素養(yǎng)的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改革提供建議。文章共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分從宏觀上分析了澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定緣起:核心素養(yǎng)產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景;核心素養(yǎng)與澳大利亞國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)合的原因。第二部分則是澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制及實(shí)施過(guò)程分析,分為課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的構(gòu)思、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的撰寫、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的預(yù)備和實(shí)施三個(gè)階段。第三部分是澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本分析,主要分析了澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)值取向、基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架結(jié)構(gòu)以及核心素養(yǎng)在國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的體現(xiàn)。本研究選取了英、數(shù)、科、歷四門主要學(xué)科進(jìn)行深度剖析,總結(jié)核心素養(yǎng)在各個(gè)學(xué)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中體現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)。最后一部分是澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示,指明我國(guó)現(xiàn)行課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的問題,并通過(guò)前文對(duì)澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的分析來(lái)總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和提出啟示。

[Abstract]:Since it was put forward, the core literacy has received extensive attention. Its profound social background is that our society begins to change from the industrial era to the economic era, the transformation of science and technology brings information, the rapid development of globalization, economic growth, multiculturalism, the sustainable development of the environment, professional needs and attention to the physical and mental development of human beings and other factors lead to people's reflection on the educational goal. This study focuses on the national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia. Through the in-depth analysis of the national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, this paper analyzes the development process and method of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, the basic framework of curriculum standards, the arrangement of curriculum standards, the relationship between core literacy and disciplines, and the core literacy in English, mathematics and science. The embodiment of history and other curriculum standards, the value and characteristics of the new curriculum standards, and so on, provide suggestions for the reform of curriculum standards based on core literacy in our country. The article is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the origin of the formulation of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia from a macro point of view: the background of the emergence of core literacy; the reasons for the combination of core literacy and Australian national curriculum standards. The second part is the analysis of the development and implementation process of national curriculum standards based on core literacy in Australia, which is divided into three stages: the conception of curriculum standards, the writing of curriculum standards, and the preparation and implementation of curriculum standards. The third part is the national curriculum standard text analysis based on core literacy in Australia, which mainly analyzes the value orientation of national curriculum standard based on core literacy, the framework structure of national curriculum standard based on core literacy and the embodiment of core literacy in national curriculum standard. In this study, the four main disciplines of English, number, subject and calendar are selected for in-depth analysis, and the characteristics of core literacy in the curriculum standards of each subject are summarized. The last part is the enlightenment of Australian national curriculum standard based on core literacy to our country, points out the problems existing in the current curriculum standard of our country, and sums up the experience and puts forward the enlightenment through the analysis of the national curriculum standard based on core literacy in Australia.
