邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)健美操校本課程開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:教育是一個(gè)國家發(fā)展和強(qiáng)盛的基礎(chǔ),在我國最受關(guān)注的教育領(lǐng)域是素質(zhì)教育,而素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展的前提是實(shí)施學(xué)校的課程改革。因此,素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展與學(xué)校的課程改革是密不可分的。中央國務(wù)院發(fā)布的《關(guān)于深化教育改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》中明確指出要調(diào)整和改革課程體系、結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容,建立新的教育課程體系,試行國家課程、地方課程和學(xué)校課程。學(xué)校課程也就是校本課程,是指由某一類學(xué);蚰骋患(jí)學(xué)校的個(gè)別教師、部分教師或全體教師根據(jù)國家制定的教育目的,在分析本校外環(huán)境和內(nèi)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)本校、本年級(jí)或本班級(jí)特定的學(xué)生群體,編制、實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià)的課程。按照現(xiàn)代課程分類理論來考察,校本課程并不是一種課程類型,而是屬于課程管理方面的一個(gè)范疇,是正在形成之中的,同我國三級(jí)課程管理體制相適應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)教育新課程體系中一個(gè)組成部分,即中小學(xué)新課程計(jì)劃中不可缺少的一部分。在本文中運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等研究方法。對(duì)當(dāng)前我國校本課程和健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了初步了解,深入調(diào)查和分析了邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生對(duì)健美操校本課程開發(fā)的認(rèn)知度和態(tài)度,同時(shí)就當(dāng)前邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)開發(fā)健美操校本課程的基礎(chǔ)條件進(jìn)行了客觀調(diào)查,認(rèn)為在邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)開展健美操校本課程是必要的,也是可行的。本研究以校本課程開發(fā)的基本理論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),針對(duì)邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)體育課程當(dāng)前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,制定出邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)健美操校本課程開發(fā)方案。不僅符合了國家教育改革的大趨勢,而且增強(qiáng)了師生對(duì)健美操課程的認(rèn)知程度,廣泛提高健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及率,同時(shí)在這個(gè)過程中使學(xué)生掌握技能,發(fā)展學(xué)生體質(zhì),提高運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,努力鍛煉,學(xué)習(xí)健美操的科學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法,養(yǎng)成終身鍛煉的體育習(xí)慣。研究結(jié)果如下:邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)開發(fā)健美操校本課程無論是從素質(zhì)教育和課程改革的角度,還是從學(xué)生和教師發(fā)展的角度來看,都有一定的必要性。邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)開發(fā)健美操校本課程是可行的。第一,國家政策的支持;第二,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有良好的認(rèn)知,并持支持的態(tài)度;第三,體育教師的條件和認(rèn)知態(tài)度可以很好的促進(jìn)健美操校本課程的開發(fā);第四,學(xué)生的認(rèn)知、態(tài)度和對(duì)健美操的興趣有助于健美操校本課程的開發(fā);第五,學(xué)校的硬件設(shè)施可以保障健美操校本課程的開發(fā);第六,健美操本身的特點(diǎn)可以更好的讓學(xué)生接受,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心發(fā)育。邢臺(tái)市第十九中學(xué)健美操校本課程的開發(fā)應(yīng)從六個(gè)方面著手:第一、建立組織機(jī)構(gòu);第二、進(jìn)行體育教學(xué)情景分析;第三、設(shè)置課程的目標(biāo);第四、選擇具體的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;第五、確定課程實(shí)施的方法;第六、選擇合適的評(píng)價(jià)方式。
[Abstract]:Education is the basis of the development and prosperity of a country, and the most concerned field of education in our country is quality education, and the premise of the development of quality education is to implement the curriculum reform of the school. Therefore, the development of quality education and school curriculum reform are inseparable. In the decision on deepening Educational Reform and promoting quality Education in an all-round way issued by the Central Committee and the State Council, it is clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adjust and reform the curriculum system, structure, and content, establish a new educational curriculum system, and try out national curricula. Local and school courses. School curriculum, that is, school-based curriculum, refers to individual teachers, some teachers or all teachers of a certain type of school or a certain level of school, in accordance with the educational purpose formulated by the state, on the basis of analyzing the external and internal environment of the school, aiming at the school. Develop, implement and evaluate courses for specific groups of students in this grade or class. According to the theory of modern curriculum classification, school-based curriculum is not a kind of curriculum type, but belongs to a category of curriculum management, which is in the process of being formed. A part of the new curriculum system of basic education, which is suitable for the three-level curriculum management system of our country, is an indispensable part of the new curriculum plan of primary and secondary schools. In this paper, literature method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are used. This paper makes a preliminary understanding of the present situation of the development of school-based curriculum and aerobics in China, and deeply investigates and analyzes the cognition and attitude of the leaders, teachers and students of Xingtai 19th Middle School to the development of aerobics school-based curriculum. At the same time, this paper makes an objective investigation on the basic conditions of developing aerobics school-based curriculum in Xingtai 19th Middle School, and holds that it is necessary and feasible to carry out aerobics school-based curriculum in Xingtai 19th Middle School. Based on the basic theory of school-based curriculum development and the current development of physical education curriculum in Xingtai 19th Middle School, this study formulates the school-based curriculum development scheme of aerobics in Xingtai 19th Middle School. It not only accords with the general trend of national educational reform, but also enhances the cognition of teachers and students to aerobics courses, and widely improves the popularization rate of aerobics. At the same time, in this process, students can master skills and develop students' physique. Improve sports ability, work hard, learn the scientific training methods of aerobics, and form the habit of lifelong exercise. The results are as follows: it is necessary to develop aerobics school-based curriculum in Xingtai 19th Middle School from the point of view of quality education and curriculum reform, as well as from the point of view of the development of students and teachers. It is feasible to develop aerobics school-based curriculum in Xingtai No. 19 Middle School. First, the support of national policy; second, the school leaders have a good understanding and support attitude; third, the conditions and cognitive attitude of physical education teachers can promote the development of aerobics school-based curriculum; Fourth, students' cognition, attitude and interest in aerobics are helpful to the development of aerobics school-based curriculum. Fifth, the hardware facilities of the school can ensure the development of aerobics school-based curriculum. Sixth, aerobics itself can be better accepted by students and promote students' physical and mental development. The development of aerobics school-based curriculum in Xingtai 19th Middle School should start from six aspects: first, to establish an organization; second, to analyze the situation of physical education teaching; third, to set up the goal of the curriculum; fourth, to select the specific teaching content; Fifth, determine the method of curriculum implementation; sixth, choose the appropriate evaluation methods.
