初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是一個(gè)起源于西方的概念,隨著歷史的變遷、地區(qū)文化的不同、組織目標(biāo)的變更,“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力”的內(nèi)涵也得到不同的發(fā)展和變化。到目前,越來越多的國(guó)家、組織和機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)這一概念產(chǎn)生興趣,因此產(chǎn)生了許多關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展的書籍。自二十世紀(jì)以來,西方就開始了對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究,到八十年代,人們逐步意識(shí)到,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)不僅僅是精英群體,而是每一個(gè)人都需要發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)的。至此,美國(guó)等西方國(guó)家開始逐步關(guān)注學(xué)校教育中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)。而我國(guó)在學(xué)校教育中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)起步較晚,從現(xiàn)有的研究來看主要聚焦在大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng),對(duì)高中、初中乃至小學(xué)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)涉及很少,而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過程,需要不同教育階段的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)形成合力。從學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵期理論來講,初中階段正是學(xué)生心理和生理發(fā)生快速變化,價(jià)值觀的形成、知識(shí)技能掌握的重要階段,當(dāng)然也是培養(yǎng)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。無論是全面發(fā)展學(xué)生個(gè)體,輔助和支持國(guó)家的教育改革,還是培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)未來、具有全球視野的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型人才,初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)都非常重要。由于筆者的工作與學(xué)生干部相關(guān),加之對(duì)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的關(guān)注,因此決定對(duì)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力展開研究。那么初中生對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力了解多少?是否具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力?初中階段的學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力現(xiàn)狀究竟是怎么樣的?帶著這些疑問,筆者借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多研究者對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的見解,結(jié)合自己的看法,確定初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的結(jié)構(gòu)。通過定量研究和定性研究相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)上海市徐匯區(qū)的初中生展開了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,選取了3所學(xué)校的225位初中生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,通過IBM SPSS Statistics22對(duì)調(diào)查問卷收集的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)(1)區(qū)域內(nèi)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力整體水平良好;(2)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在各要素上的發(fā)展不平衡;(3)性別、獨(dú)生子女、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力經(jīng)歷等影響因素在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力水平上存在顯著差異。針對(duì)初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力現(xiàn)狀所揭示的問題,筆者選取了12位學(xué)生和3位教師進(jìn)行了訪談,設(shè)計(jì)了訪談提綱,按照訪談提綱對(duì)這15位訪談對(duì)象進(jìn)行了半結(jié)構(gòu)式的訪談。通過對(duì)訪談?dòng)涗浀恼砗头治?最后發(fā)現(xiàn)在初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)中普遍存在以下問題:(1)我國(guó)在學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力方面的研究較少;(2)教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)都缺乏對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育的學(xué)習(xí)喝理解;(3)中小學(xué)缺乏與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力相關(guān)的課程或培訓(xùn);(4)學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育的社會(huì)資源缺乏。從上述問題中,進(jìn)一步反應(yīng)了初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的缺乏,這也是導(dǎo)致初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力存在問題的原因之一。最后,筆者結(jié)合上述調(diào)查結(jié)果和研究發(fā)現(xiàn),提出初中生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的幾點(diǎn)想法和建議。(1)鼓勵(lì)教師研究學(xué)生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力;(2)提高師生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論的學(xué)習(xí);(3)搭建相關(guān)課程,夯實(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育;(4)引進(jìn)社會(huì)資源,形成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的合力。
[Abstract]:Leadership is a concept originated from the West. With the change of history, regional culture and organizational goals, the connotation of "leadership" has been developed and changed. Up to now, more and more countries, organizations and institutions are interested in this concept, thus producing a lot of books on leadership and leadership development. Since the 20th century, the West has begun to study leadership. In the eighties, people gradually realized that the cultivation of leadership is not only the elite group, but everyone needs to develop and cultivate. At this point, the United States and other Western countries began to pay attention to the leadership in school education. However, the leadership training in school education in our country started relatively late. From the existing research, it mainly focuses on the leadership training of college students, and it involves very little in senior middle school, junior middle school and even primary school. The cultivation of leadership is a long-term process. From the key period theory of learning, the junior middle school stage is the important stage of students' psychological and physical changes, the formation of values, the mastery of knowledge and skills, as well as the key period of cultivating junior high school students' leadership. It is very important for junior high school students to develop their students in an all-round way, to assist and support the country's educational reform, or to cultivate leadership talents with a global perspective and adapt to the future. As the work of the author is related to student cadres and the focus on junior high school students' leadership training, it is decided to conduct research on junior high school students' leadership. So what do junior high school students know about leadership? Is there a certain amount of leadership? What is the current situation of junior high school students' leadership? With these questions, the author draws on the views of many researchers at home and abroad on leadership, combined with their own views, to determine the structure of junior high school students' leadership. Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative studies, this paper investigates the present situation of leadership level of junior high school students in Xuhui District, Shanghai, and selects 225 junior high school students from 3 schools to conduct a questionnaire survey. Through the IBM SPSS Statistics22 questionnaire data collected by the questionnaire statistical analysis found that (1) the overall level of junior high school students leadership in the region is good; (2) the development of junior middle school students' leadership is not balanced in each element, (3) there are significant differences in leadership level among gender, only child, leadership experience and other influencing factors. In view of the problems revealed by the present situation of junior high school students' leadership, the author selected 12 students and 3 teachers to conduct interviews, designed an interview outline, and conducted a semi-structured interview with the 15 subjects according to the interview outline. Through the collation and analysis of interview records, it is found that there are the following problems in the leadership training of junior high school students: (1) there are few researches on the leadership of students in our country; (2) the teachers, students and parents all lack the learning and understanding of leadership education; (3) the middle and primary schools lack the curriculum or training related to leadership; (4) the social resources of students' leadership education are lacking. From the above problems, it further reflects the lack of junior high school students' leadership training, which is one of the causes of junior high school students' leadership problems. Finally, based on the above findings and findings, the author puts forward some ideas and suggestions on leadership cultivation of junior high school students. (1) encouraging teachers to study students' leadership; (2) improving the learning of leadership theory of teachers and students; (3) to build relevant courses and consolidate leadership education; (4) to introduce social resources and form the resultant force of leadership training.
