【摘要】：隨著我國足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展,一方面中小學(xué)生參與足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣變得越來越濃厚,另一方面各級教育部門對于中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)在增強(qiáng)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)良好的性格特征、激發(fā)其運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣、加強(qiáng)其溝通能力等方面的價(jià)值認(rèn)識越來越充分,特別是現(xiàn)代足球事業(yè)的發(fā)展也需要高質(zhì)量的后備人才的支撐,由此極大地推動(dòng)了我國中小學(xué)足球教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。而各類足球教學(xué)者作為校園足球教育的策劃者與實(shí)施者,其素質(zhì)直接影響到學(xué)校足球教育工作的開展質(zhì)量和開展效率。上海市校園足球活動(dòng)開展以來,被政府、社會(huì)寄寓了無限期待與厚望。要保證上海市校園足球活動(dòng)順利、持久的開展下去,必須有素質(zhì)全面、水平較高的師資來參與其中,那么怎樣建設(shè)校園足球師資隊(duì)伍就成了當(dāng)前亟需解決的問題。本文以上海市閔行區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師為研究對象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法,對上海市閔行區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師各方面情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,通過研究得出如下結(jié)論:1.在上海市閔行區(qū)中小學(xué)體育師資隊(duì)伍中,男女比例不太均衡,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)以中青年為主,教齡在6-10年范圍內(nèi)居多,學(xué)歷水平整體較高,但具有高級職稱的教師人數(shù)不多。2.目前,上海市閔行區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師中專項(xiàng)為足球的教師偏少,非足球?qū)I(yè)教師帶教足球課情況普遍,足球師資數(shù)量無法滿足校園足球的教學(xué)需求。3.上海市閔行區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師對自己足球基礎(chǔ)理論水平以及足球技能水平的評價(jià)普遍偏低,在教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、組織形式等方面還有待加強(qiáng),體育教師對科研的重視程度還有待加強(qiáng)。4.目前上海市閔行區(qū)關(guān)于足球師資的管理現(xiàn)狀還存在一些問題,例如政府或?qū)W校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對校園足球開展的重視程度一般,督導(dǎo)力度不強(qiáng),師資隊(duì)伍的資金投入狀況也不樂觀,教師的待遇水平與其工作強(qiáng)度有一定的懸殊。5.目前上海市閔行區(qū)校園足球師資培訓(xùn)還存在著參加培訓(xùn)的人數(shù)較少,培訓(xùn)方式單一、效果不佳,教師參加培訓(xùn)目的存在偏失,以及培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容不夠完善。6.從學(xué)校方面來看,場地器材問題是阻礙校園足球教學(xué)的重要原因。從足球師資自身角度出發(fā),教師的足球運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)歷不足、缺乏專業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及理論水平低是影響教學(xué)水平的重要原因。從外部環(huán)境出發(fā),影響校園足球師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要因素包括“條件差收入少”“社會(huì)偏見”等。基于以上研究結(jié)果本文給出以下建議:1.完善體育教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)。2.擴(kuò)大足球師資規(guī)模。3.提高足球師資質(zhì)量。4.更新管理理念。5.強(qiáng)化后期培訓(xùn)。6.優(yōu)化足球師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of football in our country, on the one hand, the interest of primary and middle school students to participate in football has become more and more strong, on the other hand, the education departments at all levels are strengthening students' physical quality and cultivating good personality characteristics for primary and secondary school football. Stimulating their interest in sports, strengthening their communication skills and other aspects of the value of understanding more and more fully, especially the development of modern football also needs the support of high-quality reserve talent. This has greatly promoted the development of football education in primary and secondary schools in China. As the planners and implementers of campus football education, the quality of all kinds of football teachers directly affects the quality and efficiency of school football education. Since the development of Shanghai campus football activities, by the government, the community has a boundless expectation and hope. In order to ensure the smooth and lasting development of campus football activities in Shanghai, it is necessary to have teachers with comprehensive quality and high level to participate in it, so how to build the school football teaching staff has become a problem that needs to be solved at present. This paper takes the PE teachers of primary and middle schools in Minhang District of Shanghai as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, data statistics and logic analysis. The investigation and analysis of all aspects of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Minhang District of Shanghai are carried out, and the conclusions are as follows: 1. In Shanghai Minhang District elementary and middle school physical education teacher team, the male and female ratio is not very balanced, the age structure is mainly the middle and young people, the teaching age is in the range of 6-10 years in the majority, the educational background level is higher as a whole, but has the senior title teacher's number is not many. At present, the number of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Minhang District of Shanghai is less than that of football teachers, and the number of football teachers can not meet the teaching needs of campus football. The evaluation of the basic theory level and the football skill level of the PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Minhang District of Shanghai is generally on the low side, and the teaching contents, teaching methods, organization forms, etc., still need to be strengthened. Physical education teachers' attention to scientific research needs to be strengthened. 4. 4. At present, there are still some problems in the management of football teachers in Minhang District of Shanghai. For example, the government or school leaders attach general importance to the development of campus football, the supervision is not strong, and the investment of teachers is not optimistic. The teacher's salary level and its work intensity have certain disparity. 5. At present, the training of campus football teachers in Minhang District of Shanghai still has a small number of participants, the training method is single, the effect is not good, the purpose of teachers participating in the training is partial, and the training content is not perfect. 6. From the school point of view, the site equipment problem is an important reason to hinder the campus football teaching. From the point of view of the football teachers themselves, the lack of professional training and the lack of professional training are the important reasons that affect the teaching level. From the external environment, the important factors affecting the construction of campus football teachers include "poor conditions, low income", "social prejudice" and so on. Based on the above research results, this paper gives the following suggestions: 1. Improve the structure of physical education teachers. 2. Expand the scale of football teachers. Improving the quality of football teachers. Update management concepts. 5. Intensive post-training. 6. Optimize the environment for the construction of football teachers.
