【摘要】：在目前的教學(xué)實(shí)踐過程中,小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的理念已得到廣大一線教師的認(rèn)同,但在具體的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中還存在不少問題,這些問題阻礙了小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐效果,也成為了影響教學(xué)實(shí)踐改革推進(jìn)的主要障礙。筆者在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,嘗試去梳理和分析這些問題,并提出一些針對(duì)性的具體解決路徑和方法,并在教學(xué)過程和授課環(huán)節(jié)中不斷實(shí)踐改善,得出了具體的方法和結(jié)論。文中首先對(duì)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的概念界定和研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述。其次針對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)踐中的具體問題進(jìn)行一一的梳理并提出改進(jìn)方法。最后總結(jié)出小組合作學(xué)習(xí)效果提升的基本原則。一是針對(duì)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)前期準(zhǔn)備和培訓(xùn)工作的不足,提出了圍繞教師、教務(wù)人員和學(xué)生的三位一體的培訓(xùn)方案,相應(yīng)的硬件軟件準(zhǔn)備。二是針對(duì)小組組建工作中的問題與不足,圍繞組建原則的科學(xué)化,組件步驟的精準(zhǔn)化展開闡釋。三是針對(duì)小組制度建設(shè)中的問題,通過制度建設(shè)模板的提出,民主修訂過程中學(xué)生的廣泛參與達(dá)到制度建設(shè)的落地與實(shí)效化。四是圍繞小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中的文化建設(shè)問題,圍繞顯性文化建設(shè)、隱形文化認(rèn)同、小組核心文化建設(shè)展開論述。五是圍繞課堂實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié),針對(duì)自學(xué)、對(duì)學(xué)、群學(xué)和內(nèi)容預(yù)設(shè),組間合作與對(duì)抗等方面進(jìn)行闡述。六是圍繞小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中評(píng)價(jià)的效果提升,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)字化的評(píng)價(jià)、科學(xué)有效的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、系統(tǒng)化的評(píng)價(jià)反饋提升效果。七是針對(duì)小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中的作業(yè)布置,圍繞分層作業(yè)、效能作業(yè)、前置作業(yè)和開放式作業(yè)的科學(xué)布置進(jìn)行論述。最后總結(jié)出小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的基本原則,對(duì)頂層設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)化建設(shè)、分步逐漸推進(jìn)和動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)整展開論述。理論的落地方能推進(jìn)實(shí)際的教學(xué)效果,本文的主要目的就在于探索小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中的具體實(shí)踐效果,雖略有所得,但仍在不斷實(shí)踐摸索中。
[Abstract]:In the current teaching practice, the concept of group cooperative learning has been accepted by the majority of front-line teachers, but there are still many problems in the specific teaching practice, which hinder the practical effect of group cooperative learning. Has also become the main obstacle which affects the teaching practice reform advancement. In the teaching practice, the author tries to sort out and analyze these problems, and puts forward some specific ways and methods to solve them, and improves the teaching process and teaching links constantly, and draws the concrete methods and conclusions. In this paper, the concept of group cooperative learning and the status quo of research are summarized. Secondly, the specific problems in teaching practice are combed one by one and the improvement methods are put forward. Finally, the basic principles of improving the effect of group cooperative learning are summarized. First, aiming at the deficiency of the preparatory preparation and training work of group cooperative learning, this paper puts forward a trinity training scheme for teachers, teaching staff and students, and the corresponding hardware and software preparation. The second is to explain the problems and shortcomings in the group formation, focusing on the scientization of the principle of formation and the precision of the component steps. Thirdly, aiming at the problems in the construction of group system, through putting forward the template of system construction, the wide participation of middle school students in the process of democratic revision can bring about the landing and actual effect of the system construction. The fourth is to discuss the cultural construction in the cooperative group learning, the explicit cultural construction, the invisible cultural identity and the core cultural construction of the group. Fifth, focusing on classroom implementation, self-learning, group learning and content presupposition, inter-group cooperation and confrontation, and so on. The sixth is to improve the effect of evaluation in group cooperative learning, through the evaluation of digital network, scientific and effective evaluation criteria, systematic evaluation feedback to enhance the effect. Seventh, according to the assignment arrangement in group cooperative learning, the scientific arrangement of stratified work, efficiency assignment, front assignment and open assignment is discussed. Finally, the paper summarizes the basic principles of group cooperative learning, discusses the top level design, systematic construction, step by step advance and dynamic optimization adjustment. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the concrete practical effect of group cooperative learning. Although there are some gains, it is still in the process of practice and groping.
