新學業(yè)水平考試政策下杭州市普通高中教學問題及對策研究

【摘要】:我國在2014年啟動了新一輪考試招生改革,明確提出學業(yè)水平考試成績將成為學生畢業(yè)和升學的重要依據(jù)。希望通過學業(yè)水平考試的實施,改變傳統(tǒng)高考在人才選拔上的不足,促進學生的全面發(fā)展。學業(yè)水平考試實施后,一方面普通高中教育已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生積極變化,學生不再受"文理分科"和"一考定終身"的束縛,可以自由選擇高考參考學科,各類型的學生都擁有足夠的成長的空間,學習自主權得到了尊重,個性化發(fā)展成為可能。另一方面,也遇到了很多傳統(tǒng)高考教學中不曾遇到的問題,對教師的教和學生的學都提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本次研究通過對學業(yè)水平考試實施后,杭州市普通高中教學中的現(xiàn)象進行分析和研究,找出教學遇到的問題和難點,提出相應的對策,為學業(yè)水平考試能在全國推廣提供思路和參考。研究過程中主要采用文獻法、調(diào)查法和比較法。本次研究的研究對象為杭州市普通高中的教師和學生。在調(diào)查樣本的確定過程中,學生采用分層抽樣和整群抽樣相結合辦法,將杭州市普通高中分為三個層級,每個層級抽取25%的學校作為樣本學校,再從樣本學校中抽取一個班級的學生,作為最終的調(diào)查對象。教師樣本的選取采用多階段抽樣的方法,將杭州市普通高中分為三個層級,每個層級抽取25%的學校作為樣本學校,再將樣本學校中的高三教師按學科分為七層,每學科抽取20%教師作為調(diào)查對象。本次研究參考李克特量表,對調(diào)查問卷進行了科學的設計,通過問卷對杭州市普通高中教學中的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查。調(diào)查問卷的結果采用SPSS18.0進行錄入和統(tǒng)計分析,分析過程中采用了統(tǒng)計平均數(shù)、方差分析、相關分析、因子分析等方法,確保分析結果的科學和有效。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"新學考"實施后,杭州市普通高中教學中存在以下問題:教學內(nèi)容和教學目標與傳統(tǒng)高考教學有所差異;教學時間不足;教學氛圍下降;影響學生選科的因素過于多元;學生參考趨向功利;學生壓力并未得到有效緩解。針對這些問題,提出了相應的對策:鞏固基礎知識教學,加強學生能力培養(yǎng);提高教學質(zhì)量,明確教學目標;科學分班,增進師生交流;提升選科能力;科學規(guī)劃考試時間;糾正考試價值的認識偏差來解決。
[Abstract]:In 2014, our country launched a new round of examination enrollment reform, and clearly pointed out that the academic level test results will become an important basis for students to graduate and advance to school. It is hoped that through the implementation of the academic level examination, the deficiency of the traditional college entrance examination in the selection of talents will be changed, and the all-round development of the students will be promoted. After the implementation of the academic proficiency examination, on the one hand, there have been positive changes in ordinary senior high school education, and students are no longer bound by "arts and sciences" and "one test for life," and they are free to choose reference subjects for the college entrance examination. All types of students have enough room for growth, learning autonomy has been respected, personalized development is possible. On the other hand, it has encountered many problems that have not been encountered in the traditional college entrance examination teaching, which has posed new challenges to both teachers and students. Through the analysis and research of the phenomena in Hangzhou ordinary senior high school teaching after the implementation of the academic level examination, this study finds out the problems and difficulties encountered in the teaching, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. For the academic level test can be popularized in the country to provide ideas and references. In the course of research, literature method, investigation method and comparative method are mainly used. The research object of this study is the teachers and students of Hangzhou ordinary high school. In the process of determining the sample, the students adopt the method of stratified sampling and cluster sampling to divide Hangzhou ordinary high school into three levels, each of which takes 25% of the schools as sample schools. Then a class of students from the sample school is selected as the final object of investigation. The method of multi-stage sampling is used to select teachers' samples. Hangzhou ordinary high schools are divided into three levels, 25% of them are selected as sample schools, and the third grade teachers in the sample schools are divided into seven levels according to their subjects. 20% of teachers in each subject were selected as subjects. This research refers to the Richter scale, carries on the scientific design to the questionnaire, through the questionnaire carries on the investigation to the Hangzhou ordinary high school teaching present situation. The results of the questionnaire were inputted and analyzed by SPSS18.0. In the process of analysis, the methods of statistical average, variance analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to ensure the scientific and effective results of the analysis. Through the research, it is found that the following problems exist in the teaching of Hangzhou ordinary high school after the implementation of the "New Learning Test": the teaching contents and teaching objectives are different from the traditional college entrance examination teaching, the teaching time is insufficient, the teaching atmosphere is declining; The factors affecting students' choice of subjects are too diverse; students' reference tends to be utilitarian; students' pressure has not been effectively alleviated. In view of these problems, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: consolidating the basic knowledge teaching, strengthening the cultivation of students' ability, improving the teaching quality and clarifying the teaching goal, dividing the class scientifically, improving the communication between teachers and students, improving the ability of selecting subjects, planning the examination time scientifically; Correct the examination value of the understanding of the deviation to solve.
