【摘要】：本研究明確了國培計劃"雙導師制"的概念;內(nèi)涵與特點;并為今后國培計劃實施"雙導師制"提出如下的建議:一是政策出臺要與國培計劃培訓者隊伍實踐情況緊密相連,二是進一步完善培訓者選拔、聘任辦法,三是建立健全實行"雙導師制"培訓者隊伍考核制度。
[Abstract]:This study clarifies the concept, connotation and characteristics of the "double mentor system" of the national education plan, and puts forward the following suggestions for the implementation of the "double tutor system" in the future: first, the policy should be closely linked to the practice of the national training program trainers. The second is to further improve the training selection and appointment methods, and the third is to establish and improve the "double mentor system" training team assessment system.
