【摘要】:教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力源于美國(guó)的三次教育改革。此后,引起了世界各國(guó)的重視與研究。教師的能力與素質(zhì)影響著一個(gè)國(guó)家的教育興衰。因此,促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展成為世界各國(guó)發(fā)展教育事業(yè)的重中之重。全方位地去研究和理解教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,不僅可以促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高教師效能,還可以為教師、學(xué)校管理者和政策的制定者提供建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn),進(jìn)而提升學(xué)校的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究已歷經(jīng)了30多年,西方國(guó)家在理論與實(shí)踐方面已經(jīng)取得了諸多成就,特別是美國(guó)和英國(guó),在政府與社會(huì)各界的大力支持下,不僅擁有完善的教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評(píng)價(jià)體系,各級(jí)學(xué)校與社會(huì)組織也在積極開(kāi)展培養(yǎng)教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培訓(xùn)。這些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與做法都可以成為我國(guó)發(fā)展教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的前車(chē)之鑒。本研究首先采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力以往的研究進(jìn)行分類(lèi)與梳理,找出目前理論研究的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。在實(shí)證研究方面,本研究以哈爾濱市6所學(xué)校的初中部與高中部的教師為研究對(duì)象。調(diào)查形式以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查為主,配合訪(fǎng)談?wù){(diào)查,并且運(yùn)用SPSS19.0軟件對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行量化分析,試圖以具體數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)分析中學(xué)教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的現(xiàn)狀與存在問(wèn)題。借助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo)與國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出具有針對(duì)性和建設(shè)性的策略與建議,希望能夠進(jìn)一步提高教師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)校的整體發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership stems from three educational reforms in the United States. Since then, has aroused the world's attention and research. The ability and quality of teachers affect the rise and fall of a country's education. Therefore, to promote the professional development of teachers has become the most important part of the development of education in the world. To study and understand teachers' leadership in an all-round way can not only promote teachers' professional development and improve teachers' efficiency, but also provide constructive advice to teachers, school administrators and policy makers, thus enhancing the core competitiveness of schools. The research of teacher leadership has gone through more than 30 years. Western countries have made many achievements in theory and practice, especially in the United States and Britain, with the support of the government and all walks of life. Not only have perfect teacher leadership standards and evaluation system, schools and social organizations at all levels are also actively developing teacher leadership training. These successful experiences and practices can serve as a warning for the development of teacher leadership in China. Firstly, this study classifies and combs the previous research on teacher leadership by using literature research method, and finds out the current situation and development trend of current theoretical research. In the empirical research, this study takes the teachers of junior middle school and senior high school in 6 schools in Harbin as the research object. The form of investigation is mainly questionnaire survey, with interview investigation, and the quantitative analysis of the survey data is carried out by using SPSS19.0 software, which attempts to analyze the current situation and existing problems of middle school teachers' leadership with specific data. With the guidance of leadership theory and the successful experience of developing teachers' leadership at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some pertinent and constructive strategies and suggestions, hoping to further improve teachers' leadership and thus promote the overall development of the school.
