中考體育制度背景下初中體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與改革對策研究

【摘要】:中考體育是我國政府,針對中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康狀況連年下降的現(xiàn)實問題,所采取的具有針對性的,能夠有效提升青少年體質(zhì)健康水平的基本手段,其符合了我國教育的基本現(xiàn)狀,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法等研究方法,以公主嶺部分中學(xué)的學(xué)生、教師為調(diào)查對象,結(jié)合當(dāng)前中學(xué)體育教學(xué)工作實際,以中考體育考試目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,從備考中考體育的現(xiàn)實需要出發(fā),通過對學(xué)校、學(xué)生等的調(diào)查,了解當(dāng)前中考體育教學(xué)中存在的問題,并提出針對性的解決對策,其目的是更好的促進中學(xué)體育教學(xué)中考試目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。通過研究,得到如下幾方面結(jié)論:1、中考體育考試目標(biāo)是我國中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的基本目標(biāo)以及重要目的,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對體育鍛煉的參與熱情以及意識,增強學(xué)生體質(zhì)水平,是中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的根本目標(biāo)。2、從學(xué)生層面看,中考體育制度實施后初中生上體育課的態(tài)度顯著改善,參與體育活動的積極性和主動性顯著提高其中只有2%的學(xué)生表示老師要求自己做練習(xí)時很消極,但沒有形成良好的體育鍛煉意識。3、從學(xué)校層面看,中考體育制度的實施使教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度發(fā)生了明顯改善,對體育教學(xué)的重視程度明顯提高;對課程內(nèi)容影響較大,多以體育中考考試內(nèi)容為導(dǎo)向來設(shè)置體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容;多數(shù)初中能根據(jù)體育中考的需要積極改善、增加相應(yīng)的體育器材,但體育場地器材設(shè)施不合格,無法滿足正常教學(xué)的學(xué)校仍然大量存在。4、體育中考制度實施以后,初中體育教學(xué)中存在的問題集中在五個方面,即師生比例不合理;學(xué)生每天體育活動時間不足;教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一枯燥;體育中考項目設(shè)置不合理,學(xué)生缺少選擇性;體育教學(xué)的場地設(shè)施不完善。5、中考體育考試目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn),需要學(xué)生加強課余體育鍛煉力度,養(yǎng)成體育鍛煉習(xí)慣,同時還需要加大師資建設(shè)力度;優(yōu)化體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高學(xué)習(xí)積極性和質(zhì)量;重視學(xué)生興趣愛好,科學(xué)設(shè)置體育中考項目;進一步完善初中體育教學(xué)的場地、設(shè)施條件。
[Abstract]:Physical education is a basic method adopted by the government of our country, which aims at the decline of middle school students' physical health in successive years, and which can effectively improve the level of physical health of young people, which accords with the basic status quo of education in our country. It has important practical significance. Through the methods of questionnaire, literature and other research methods, this study takes the students and teachers of Gongzhuling part of middle schools as the objects of investigation, combined with the practice of physical education teaching in middle schools at present, and takes the goal of physical education examination in middle school as the direction. Starting from the actual needs of physical education in preparation for the examination, through the investigation of schools, students, etc., to understand the problems existing in the physical education teaching of the current middle school examination, and to put forward targeted solutions, Its purpose is to better promote the realization of the goal of the examination in the middle school physical education teaching. Through the research, we get the following conclusions: the goal of physical examination in middle school is the basic goal and important purpose of physical education teaching in our country, cultivate students' enthusiasm and consciousness to participate in physical exercise, and enhance students' physique level. It is the basic goal of physical education teaching in middle schools. From the student level, the attitude of junior high school students in physical education has improved significantly after the implementation of the physical education system in the middle school. Among them, only 2% of the students said that teachers were very negative when they asked themselves to do exercises, but they did not form a good awareness of physical exercise .3. from the school level, only 2% of the students said that they were very negative when they asked themselves to do exercises. The implementation of physical education system in secondary school has obviously improved the teachers' teaching attitude and the degree of attention to physical education, which has a great influence on the content of the course, and sets up the teaching content of physical education guided by the content of the examination of the physical education examination. Most junior middle schools can actively improve according to the needs of the physical education examination, and increase the corresponding sports equipment. However, the facilities of sports venues and facilities are not up to standard, and there are still a large number of schools which can not meet the normal teaching requirements. After the implementation of the physical education examination system, The problems in physical education teaching in junior middle school focus on five aspects: unreasonable teacher-student ratio, insufficient time for students' daily physical activity, monotonous teaching content, unreasonable setting of physical examination items and lack of selectivity among students; The field facilities of physical education are not perfect. 5. The realization of the goal of physical education examination in middle school requires students to strengthen physical exercise after school, to form the habit of physical exercise, and to strengthen the construction of teachers, and to optimize the content of physical education. Improve the enthusiasm and quality of study, attach importance to students' interests and hobbies, scientifically set up sports examination items, and further improve the venue and facilities of physical education teaching in junior high school.
