【摘要】：教育大計(jì),教師為本；有好的教師,才有好的教育。在當(dāng)代,隨著基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷深入,人們逐漸認(rèn)識到,更新教育觀念,提高教育質(zhì)量,深化教學(xué)改革,歸根到底取決于教師的素質(zhì)和水平。努力造就一支師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、充滿活力的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍,是推動我國基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的根本保障。特級教師評選制度自1978年正式確立以來,已經(jīng)有近四十年的歷史,這一制度的建立對于優(yōu)化我國教師隊(duì)伍,促進(jìn)教師迅速成長起到了重要的推動作用。特級教師是師德的表率、育人的模范、教學(xué)的專家。特級教師的稱號不僅是一種巨大的榮譽(yù),更是一種激勵(lì)和促進(jìn),它是一名教師個(gè)人教育教學(xué)能力的象征。特級教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展是一個(gè)自覺提高修養(yǎng)的過程,是一個(gè)不斷奮斗、不斷完善自我和超越自我的過程。本研究通過對優(yōu)秀語文特級教師W老師的專業(yè)發(fā)展的敘事研究,進(jìn)而獲得具體而又有代表性的成功案例,從個(gè)體專業(yè)發(fā)展的角度揭示影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素,分析促使其從普通走向優(yōu)秀的影響因素,以期為對廣大普通教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒機(jī)理。本研究共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,提出問題,主要闡釋研究的緣起、國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)概念的界定、以及研究的思路。第二部分為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的故事敘述,將研究對象的專業(yè)發(fā)展歷程分為進(jìn)入師范教育前、師范教育階段和任教后三個(gè)時(shí)期進(jìn)行敘述；全面觀察研究對象的課堂教學(xué),通過課堂實(shí)錄的片段來展示其教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀；也適時(shí)對其同事、學(xué)生、家長進(jìn)行了訪談來了解研究對象的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三部分對研究對象的專業(yè)發(fā)展故事做出解釋性的理解與分析,分析其專業(yè)發(fā)展階段的特征,從內(nèi)部和外部兩方面,得出影響其專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。第四部分提出本研究的啟示。厚德載物是教師之本；學(xué)高為師是教師之魂；反思研究是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑；教學(xué)個(gè)性是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。第五部分為結(jié)語,總結(jié)全文,強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)案研究對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究意義。
[Abstract]:Education plans, teacher oriented; good teachers have good education. At present, with the deepening reform of basic education, people gradually realized, to update the concept of education, improve the quality of education, deepening teaching reform, after all depends on Teachers' quality and level. Strive to create a noble morality, business skills high-quality professional teachers, full of vitality, is the basic guarantee of promoting the development of basic education in China. Since the teacher evaluation system of it was established in 1978, has a history of nearly forty years, this system is established for the optimization of teachers in our country, promote the rapid growth of teachers has played an important role in promoting premium. The teacher is a teacher model, teaching model, teaching experts. The teacher's title is not only a great honor, it is an incentive and promotion, it is a teacher's personal education The ability of the professional development of teachers. The symbol is a conscious process of self-cultivation, is a constant struggle, and constantly improve themselves and go beyond the self narrative process. This study through the professional development of the outstanding Chinese teacher teacher W, and then obtain the specific and representative success stories, revealing the influence factors the professional development of teachers professional development from the individual perspective, analysis of factors which contribute to it from the ordinary to the good, in order to provide reference for the mechanism of professional development for the majority of ordinary teachers. This research is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly explains the research questions, origin, status quo of research at home and abroad the definition of related concepts, and research ideas. The second part is the professional development of teachers professional development of the stories, the study divided into normal education, normal education At the growth stage and after three periods of narration; comprehensive observation of classroom teaching research, through classroom observation of fragments to show the status of teaching; also timely to their colleagues, students and parents were interviewed to understand the current situation of the development of the research object. To explain the understanding and analysis of the third part story of professional development research the research objects, analyze the characteristics of the professional development stage, from internal and external two aspects, the factors that affect the professional development. The fourth part puts forward the Enlightenment of this study. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the full text, emphasizing the significance of case study research on teacher professional development.
