【摘要】：正為了穩(wěn)固職稱改革已經(jīng)取得的成果，使專業(yè)技術職務聘任制度逐步完善，職稱改革如何強化競爭機制，促使專業(yè)技術人員奮發(fā)進取，努力工作，把他們蘊藏的巨大潛力進一步發(fā)掘出來，這是“職改”工作中亟待研究和解決的一個重要課題。本文就此談點粗淺看法。
