【摘要】：教師職稱一直是高校教師最為關(guān)注的問題,同時也是人事制度改革的核心。中國高校教師職稱評聘制度伴隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,走過了50多年的歷程。本文通過對歷史的研究,把這一過程劃分為“兩個時期六個階段”,并對每一時期和階段的歷史史實和特點進行了闡述和分析。
[Abstract]:The title of teacher has always been the most concerned problem of college teachers, and also the core of personnel system reform. With the development of higher education in China, the system of evaluating and appointing teachers' titles has gone through more than 50 years. Through the study of history, this paper divides this process into "two periods and six stages", and expounds and analyzes the historical facts and characteristics of each period and stage.
