【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代,工程哲學(xué)研究在西方學(xué)界掀起熱潮,與此同時(shí)我國學(xué)者也開始走在發(fā)展工程哲學(xué)的道路上。自李伯聰教授提出“我造物故我在”的工程哲學(xué)命題,并以“實(shí)在論”為研究的切入點(diǎn)之后,有關(guān)工程哲學(xué)的一些主要問題得到了比較系統(tǒng)的論述。工程決策研究的現(xiàn)有成果主要是從工程哲學(xué)角度和管理學(xué)角度進(jìn)行研究,一方面,管理學(xué)視角下的工程決策尚未涉及自我意識決策的環(huán)節(jié),另一方面工程哲學(xué)視角下的工程決策研究主要是傾向于實(shí)在論的闡述,并未對決策過程中的修辭性建構(gòu)和修辭性交往等因素作出更具體的闡釋。本文以工程決策活動為研究對象,通過揭示出以往決策理論的疏漏以及決策科學(xué)方法的悖論,表明工程決策活動在存在論意義上本質(zhì)地具有修辭性。通過對工程決策目標(biāo)生成的修辭分析、決策者構(gòu)成的修辭分析以及決策交往中策略運(yùn)用與博弈行為的修辭分析,表明工程決策不僅本質(zhì)地具有修辭的因素,而且在決策的建構(gòu)中與決策交往的策略運(yùn)用中,體現(xiàn)了修辭的方法論意義。在當(dāng)代修辭學(xué)呈現(xiàn)出與各學(xué)科交叉的趨勢的研究背景下,在現(xiàn)有的工程哲學(xué)研究成果之上,受科學(xué)修辭學(xué)的研究之啟發(fā),對工程決策的修辭本質(zhì)以及工程決策活動的修辭性方法進(jìn)行了初步探究,期待以工程決策修辭學(xué)初探之磚引出更多工程修辭問題的研究之玉。
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, the research of engineering philosophy started an upsurge in western academic circles, at the same time, Chinese scholars began to walk on the road of developing engineering philosophy. Since Professor Li Bocong put forward the proposition of "I create so I am" and started with "realism", some main problems of engineering philosophy have been systematically discussed. The current research achievements of engineering decision-making are mainly from the point of view of engineering philosophy and management. On the one hand, engineering decision-making from the perspective of management has not yet involved the link of self-conscious decision-making. On the other hand, the study of engineering decision-making from the perspective of engineering philosophy is mainly inclined to the elaboration of realism, and does not give a more specific explanation of the rhetorical construction and rhetorical communication in the decision-making process. This paper takes engineering decision-making activities as the research object, by revealing the omissions of previous decision-making theories and the paradox of decision scientific methods, it shows that engineering decision making activities are essentially rhetorical in the sense of existentialism. Through the rhetorical analysis of the formation of engineering decision goal, the rhetorical analysis of the composition of decision makers, and the rhetorical analysis of strategy application and game behavior in decision-making communication, it is shown that engineering decision has not only rhetorical factors but also essential rhetorical factors. Moreover, it embodies the methodological significance of rhetoric in the construction of decision-making and the use of strategy of decision-making communication. Under the background of contemporary rhetoric showing a trend of intersecting with various disciplines, and on the basis of the existing research results of philosophy of engineering, it is inspired by the research of scientific rhetoric. This paper probes into the rhetorical essence of engineering decision-making and the rhetorical methods of engineering decision making activities, and looks forward to drawing more research on engineering rhetoric problems with the bricks of engineering decision making rhetoric.
