哈貝馬斯社會治理思想研究

【摘要】：治理與社會治理是我們黨執(zhí)政理念的重大創(chuàng)新,也是我國發(fā)展社會主義的客觀要求。當前,我國正處于全面深化改革的攻堅期,社會轉(zhuǎn)型加快,社會治理面臨著新的問題,亟需要創(chuàng)新和完善我國社會治理的理論,推進我國社會治理的實踐。哈貝馬斯的社會治理思想為我們創(chuàng)新社會治理指明了方向:在踐行民主法治的基礎上,要加快公共領域、公共精神和公民社會的培育。哈貝馬斯的社會治理思想主要有交往理性理論、公共領域結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型理論和民主法治國思想,對中國社會治理和全球治理仍然重要的理論的意義:為中國社會治理思想創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新提供理論資源;為中國社會公共領域建設、法治化建設提供理論指導;“世界公民”理論、理性烏托邦和全球治理烏托邦為全球治理提供了新視野。雖然哈貝馬斯的社會治理思想在加快社會治理的實踐上意義影響深遠,但也存在著一定的缺陷:烏托邦的交往資質(zhì)與社會治理實踐存在著差距;公共領域結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型理論的局限性在實踐難度重重;“世界公民”理論被斥責為全球治理的烏托邦。
[Abstract]:Governance and social governance are the important innovation of our Party's ruling concept and the objective requirement of developing socialism in our country. At present, China is in the period of comprehensively deepening the reform, the social transformation is speeding up, the social governance is facing new problems, it is urgent to innovate and perfect the theory of social governance in our country, and promote the practice of social governance in our country. Habermas' social governance thought points out the direction for us to innovate social governance: on the basis of practicing democracy and rule of law, we should speed up the cultivation of public sphere, public spirit and civil society. Habermas' thought of social governance mainly includes the theory of communicative rationality, the theory of the transformation of public domain structure and the thought of democratic rule of law, which is still important to Chinese social governance and global governance. Institutional innovation provides theoretical resources; It provides theoretical guidance for the construction of Chinese social public sphere and the construction of rule of law, while the theory of "world citizen", rational utopia and global governance utopia provide a new vision for global governance. Although Habermas's social governance thought has a profound influence on accelerating the practice of social governance, it also has some defects: there is a gap between Utopian communication qualification and social governance practice; The limitations of the theory of structural transformation of the public sphere are very difficult in practice, and the theory of "World Citizen" is denounced as a utopia of global governance.
