論意識(shí)形態(tài)在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的社會(huì)放大信息傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程中的作用

【摘要】：縱觀當(dāng)下中國(guó)社會(huì),由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,公眾參與公共事件討論的途徑愈加簡(jiǎn)化,但也帶來(lái)了不少社會(huì)問(wèn)題,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的社會(huì)放大就是問(wèn)題之一。近年來(lái)爆發(fā)的黃金大米事件、一連串PX事件等,都可被視為是風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的社會(huì)放大的典型案例。在這類(lèi)事件的信息傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程中,意識(shí)形態(tài)作為一種反映著群體利益訴求的價(jià)值觀念和評(píng)判準(zhǔn)則,可以影響人對(duì)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息的解讀,誘發(fā)人情緒波動(dòng)、分化或融合,可能導(dǎo)致風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的社會(huì)放大這一后果。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì),從理論上探明意識(shí)形態(tài)在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的社會(huì)放大信息傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程中的作用,對(duì)于了解廣大公眾的價(jià)值信念,引導(dǎo)輿論健康發(fā)展,穩(wěn)定公眾情緒,并有效避免風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的恐慌情緒放大,具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In the present Chinese society, the public participation in the discussion of public events has become more simplified because of the development of network technology. But it also brings a lot of social problems. The social enlargement of the risk is one of the problems. In recent years, the outbreak of golden rice events, a series of PX events, etc., can all be considered as a typical case of risk social amplification. In the course of information transmission of class events, ideology, as a value concept and criterion which reflects the appeal of group interests, can affect the interpretation of risk information, induce human emotion fluctuation, differentiation or fusion, and may lead to social enlargement of risk perception. The role of risk social amplification of information transmission is of great practical significance for understanding the public's value and belief, guiding public opinion to develop healthfully, stabilizing public sentiment, and effectively avoiding the panic of risk.
