【摘要】：《黃帝四經(jīng)》是黃老之學(xué)的奠基之作。其以道為基礎(chǔ),"因陰陽之大順,采儒、墨之善,攝名、法之要",對(duì)其前的中國(guó)文化進(jìn)行了整合凝煉,形成"道—陰陽—文武—刑德"的治道。《黃帝四經(jīng)》"隆禮重法"的治道精神彰顯了理性的精神和制衡的氣度,為黃老之學(xué)"隆禮重法"的治道模式的形成奠定了思想基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)對(duì)周齊、漢齊、漢初、唐初、明初等時(shí)代之治產(chǎn)生了重大影響,于當(dāng)下中國(guó)科學(xué)發(fā)展和依法治國(guó)之治道實(shí)踐也有重要借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The four Classics of the Yellow Emperor is the foundation work of the study of Huang-Lao. On the basis of Taoism, "because of the great shun of Yin and Yang, the adoption of Confucianism, the goodness of Mo, the taking of names, the essentials of Dharma", the former Chinese culture was integrated and condensed. The spirit of "Taoism, Yin-yang, Wenwu and Criminal morality" showed the rational spirit and the tolerance of checks and balances, which laid an ideological foundation for the formation of the pattern of "Longli heavy Law" in Huanglaozhi's study. At the same time, it has great influence on the governance of Zhou Qi, the early Han Dynasty, the early Tang Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty, and also has important reference significance in the development of science and the practice of governing the country according to law.
