[Abstract]:Modern western philosophy is often caught in a dilemma about the relationship between mind and body. One entry point for getting out of trouble is physical self-knowledge, such as our knowledge of our body posture. This paper intends to make a preliminary exploration. The starting point is the conclusion that this knowledge is not observational knowledge (Anskom) or perceptual knowledge (McDowell). It then explains Anskom's claim that the content of this knowledge can only be described by words that concern the body itself, "inseparably." This conclusion highlights the different characteristics of physical self-knowledge and five-facial sensory knowledge, but whether it is not perceptual knowledge or not needs further consideration.
