【摘要】：加速康復外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)方案臨床應用的多樣性,取決于病種和團隊而不同。肺術后都有哪些證據有利于加速肺康復(enhanced lung recovery after surgery,ELRAS)的臨床實踐呢?本文主要從圍手術期可采用的措施及方法進行回顧性分析:術前強調教育及高危因素的評估及預防,術中微創(chuàng)手術及流程優(yōu)化,術后關注以疼痛為主的癥狀管理。
[Abstract]:The diversity of clinical application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS) program depends on the type of disease and the team. What evidence is there to accelerate the clinical practice of lung rehabilitation (enhanced lung recovery after surgery,ELRAS after pulmonary surgery? This article mainly analyzes the measures and methods that can be used in perioperative period: preoperative emphasis on education, evaluation and prevention of high risk factors, intraoperative minimally invasive surgery and process optimization, and postoperative attention to pain-based symptom management.
