【摘要】：目的:探討血栓彈力圖檢測(cè)在血液惡性腫瘤患者的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值和意義。方法:收集2014年1月至2015年12月甘肅省人民醫(yī)院血液科住院確診為血液惡性腫瘤患者與同期體檢中心的健康者的臨床資料、血栓彈力圖結(jié)果以及其他實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果,應(yīng)用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,以P0.05為顯著性差異,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:在收集的99例血液惡性腫瘤患者中,男63例,女36例,平均年齡為46.78±21.74歲,與健康組對(duì)照,R值縮短(P0.01),K值延長(zhǎng)(P0.05),MA值縮短(P0.05),CI值減低(P0.05),EPL、Ly30值降低(P0.05),多發(fā)性骨髓瘤患者K值與β2微球蛋白呈中等強(qiáng)度正相關(guān)性(r=0.670)。結(jié)論:血液惡性腫瘤患者血栓彈力圖檢測(cè)結(jié)果與健康組對(duì)照存在顯著差異,其對(duì)于評(píng)估血液惡性腫瘤患者體內(nèi)出凝血狀態(tài)有著重要臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value and significance of thromboelastography in patients with hematologic malignancies. From January 2014 to December 2015, the clinical data of patients with hematological malignancy diagnosed in Department of Hematology of Gansu Provincial people's Hospital and healthy persons in the same period of physical examination center were collected. The results of thromboelastogram and other laboratory tests were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software, with P0.05 as the significant difference. Results: there were 63 males and 36 females with an average age of 46.78 鹵21.74 years, compared with the healthy group. R value shortened P0.01K value prolonging P0.05U MA value shortened P0.05U CI value decreased P0.05EPLL Ly30 value decreased P0.05). There was a positive correlation between K value and 尾 2 microglobulin in patients with multiple myeloma. Conclusion: the results of thromboelastography in patients with hematologic malignancy were significantly different from those in healthy controls. It has important clinical significance for evaluating blood coagulation status in patients with malignant tumor of blood.
