【摘要】：甲狀腺微小乳頭狀癌的發(fā)病率逐年升高,已成為一種常見(jiàn)的臨床惡性腫瘤。外科治療時(shí)手術(shù)范圍的選擇尚存爭(zhēng)議,中央?yún)^(qū)淋巴結(jié)清掃的應(yīng)用是其中的一個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn)。中央?yún)^(qū)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移高危因素的研究,可以幫助預(yù)測(cè)患者淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的可能性,明確中央?yún)^(qū)淋巴結(jié)清掃的可行性及臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。同時(shí),外科手術(shù)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步可以降低手術(shù)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,達(dá)到腫瘤根治與提高患者生存質(zhì)量的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The incidence of thyroid micropapillary carcinoma has been increasing year by year and has become a common clinical malignant tumor. The choice of surgical scope for surgical treatment remains controversial. The application of central lymph node dissection is one of the hot research topics. The study of high risk factors of central lymph node metastasis can help to predict the possibility of lymph node metastasis in patients. The feasibility and clinical application value of central lymph node dissection were determined. At the same time, the progress of surgical technique could reduce the occurrence of surgical complications and achieve the unity of tumor radical resection and improvement of patients' quality of life.
