【摘要】：目的本課題旨在運用前后配穴法針刺手段，對慢性盆腔炎患者進行治療，并設對照組進行比較，研究前后配穴法針刺對慢性盆腔炎的治療作用，并為臨床篩選最佳方案提供依據(jù)。 方法按照納入標準選擇病例，按就診順序標號，采用隨機數(shù)字表法把60例患者隨機分為治療組和對照組，每組各30例。治療組采用前后配穴法針刺治療，對照組采用傳統(tǒng)針刺治療。治療3個療程觀察療效，對治療效果進行臨床療效評定，并對相關數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。 結果 （1）前后配穴法針刺治療慢性盆腔炎與傳統(tǒng)針刺治療慢性盆腔炎兩組療效進行統(tǒng)計學分析，治療組總有效率93.33%，對照組總有效率86.67%，兩組治療后療效相比有顯著性差異（P＜0.01） （2）臨床癥狀與體征方面，，兩組治療前癥狀與體征積分對比無顯著性差異（P＞0.05）。兩組治療前后癥狀與體征積分對比有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后癥狀與體征積分對比有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。 （3）各項癥狀及體征單項評分方面，兩組治療前后的各單項積分對比有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。下腹及腰骶部疼痛、帶下異常等主要癥狀，勞累所導致的疼痛加重、月經(jīng)失調、大便異常等次要癥狀，兩組治療后的積分對比有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。神疲乏力、經(jīng)期疼痛加劇、胸脅乳房脹痛三項的評分比較未見顯著性差異（P＞0.05）。 結論本研究表明前后配穴法針刺與傳統(tǒng)針刺治療均能改善慢性盆腔炎患者的臨床癥狀，但是前后配穴法針刺組總有效率明顯高于傳統(tǒng)針刺組，并且在改善腰腹疼痛、帶下異常、月經(jīng)失調及大便異常等癥狀上優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)針刺方法。前后配穴法針刺治療慢性盆腔炎療效肯定，值得被推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by means of acupuncture at pre - and post - acupuncture points , and to study the effect of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease before and after acupuncture , and to provide the basis for clinical screening . Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the standard selection cases , and 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . Results ( 1 ) The effect of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammation and traditional acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was analyzed statistically . The total effective rate was 93.33 % , the total effective rate was 86.67 % in the control group , and the curative effect was significantly different between the two groups ( P < 0.01 ) . ( 2 ) There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment ( P > 0.05 ) . There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ) . There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment ( P < 0.01 ) . ( 3 ) There was significant difference between the two groups ( P & lt ; 0.05 ) . There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment ( P & lt ; 0.05 ) . There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment ( P & lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion This study shows that acupuncture and traditional acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease , but the total effective rate of acupuncture group before and after acupuncture is obviously higher than that of traditional acupuncture group .
