茶樹純露的化學(xué)成分及抑菌活性研究

  茶樹純露(tea tree hydrosol,TTH)是桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)白千層屬(Melaleuca L.)植物互葉白千層(Melaleuca alternifolia)的枝葉在水蒸氣蒸餾生產(chǎn)精油時分離出來的水相,為無色的澄清水溶液,具有清新、肉豆蔻芳香氣味。白千層屬植物大多數(shù)為多年生木本植物,全世界有290種,主要分布在澳大利亞和東南亞。在我國主要分布于廣西、廣東、云南、海南、福建等地。目前已開展化學(xué)成分或藥理活性研究的本屬植物有12種,包括白千層M.leucadendron、互葉白千層M.alternifolia、千層金M.bracteata、石南葉白千層M.ericifolia、綠花白千層M.viridiflora、下垂白千層M.armillaris、M.styphelioides、M.linarrifolia、M.fulgens、五脈白千層M.quinquenervia、M.squarrosa和M.linarrifolia。《中華本草》、《中藥大辭典》和《新華本草綱要》等經(jīng)典著作對白千層均有收錄,其葉味辛性涼,具有祛風(fēng)解表、利濕止癢之功效,主治感冒發(fā)熱、風(fēng)濕骨痛、...
