【摘要】：目的調查分析北京市軍隊干休所80歲以上老年人高血壓的患病率、知曉率、服藥率、控制率、治療現(xiàn)狀及伴隨的心腦血管病、糖尿病等疾病的患病率。方法入戶調查北京市28個軍隊干休所80~99歲的老年人1002例,測量血壓,按調查表收集所需相關資料,并查閱干休所門診部的體檢表或定點醫(yī)院的住院病歷,進行分析總結。結果1002例中,高血壓患者673例,患病率為67.17%,其中單純收縮期高血壓(ISH)455例,占高血壓的67.61%;高血壓的知曉率為91.08%,服藥率為78.60%,控制率為60.03%;高血壓組患者的冠心病、腦血管病、癡呆、致殘、腎功能不全、高膽固醇血癥、糖尿病、糖耐量減低的發(fā)生率明顯高于非高血壓組。結論北京市軍隊干休所80歲以上老年高血壓患者中以ISH為主,高血壓患病率高,知曉率、服藥率及控制率也高,藥物治療以服用鈣拮抗劑為主,積極治療和控制高血壓對提高老年患者的生活質量和遠期生存率具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the prevalence, awareness rate, medication rate, control rate, treatment status and the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and other diseases in the elderly over 80 years old in Beijing military dry rest Institute. Methods 1002 elderly people aged 80 years and 99 years old in 28 military rest centers in Beijing were investigated. Blood pressure was measured, the relevant data were collected according to the questionnaire, and the physical examination table of outpatient clinic or hospitalization medical records of designated hospitals were consulted and analyzed and summarized. Results of the 1002 cases, 673 cases were hypertension, the prevalence rate was 67.17%, of which 455 cases were simple systolic hypertension (ISH), accounting for 67.61% of hypertension. The awareness rate of hypertension was 21.08%, the medication rate was 78.60%, and the control rate was 60.03%. The incidence of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, dementia, disability, renal insufficiency, hypercholesterol, diabetes and glucose tolerance in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in non-hypertension group. Conclusion among the elderly patients over 80 years old in Beijing military dry rest Institute, ISH is the main cause of hypertension, the prevalence of hypertension is high, the awareness rate, the rate of medication and control are also high, and the drug treatment is mainly treated with calcium antagonists. Active treatment and control of hypertension is of great significance to improve the quality of life and long-term survival rate of elderly patients.
